Random question: does anyone else here mentally read online posts, articles, etc. in a perceived "voice" of the author? It's a habit I'm trying to break.

I don’t really have different mind-voices for different people when I read comments. Just the same boring one doing all the roles.

Peoples oftenly called me Madam when i talked them on the phone due to my voice was somewhat like old Woman. 🤣
I have ever tried to mimic Ms Bellum (Powerpuff Girls) voice, her sensual voice and it sounds quite identical. 🤣

...Actually, RRF's description up there of Garfield isn't too far off the mark for you. XD Except my perceived voice for you is way less slow, not nearly as depressed-sounding, and a bit...younger? It used to be the voice of Meowth in the English Pokemon dub.

Most of my readings though have a generic male or female voice that I'm not sure I can accurately describe in text. Sometimes one's avatar changes the voice to that character. @rjejr and @ThanosReXXX are prime examples.

@ReaderRagfish I can live with that as long as it isn't the "heavy smoker" type. I haven't smoked a day in my life. XD
