I'm trying to play Course World in Mario Maker, but it just gives me error code 106-0112. I've connected to the Internet and downloaded the latest update yet it gives the same error code. Anyone willing to help?

I have a question guys. I noticed Spectra wasn't commenting much on the site's articles. And when I clicked on his profile on NL, I get an error message. Did he get banned or did something happen?
@ThanosReXXX He was very active, just not popular. There was a time when he commented on almost every article, he just had very unpopular opinions so a lot of people hated him.
