@ReaderRagfihs Ah, okay. I just explored the link, and since it was a PostImage one, I assumed that was what you used, my bad. But that picture is really small then. Had to zoom it to 150% to be able to read it clearly enough without squinting...
On a side note: PostImage is one of the best, though, if not THE best. Has the most options and is the most user-friendly.

@GyroZeppeli Aha. Well, that sounds decent enough. I thought it had something to do with creepily whispering into a microphone. If I remember correctly, that's called SMR as well, and it certainly would seem embarrassing enough to me.

@JackEatsSparrows Just for that, you are next on my BSMR list. @Delibheel Congratulations, you have the bubonic plague! Make sure to leave me in your will.
I think I'll just stick with looking at other people's embarrassing moments instead of partaking in them myself.
An absolute classic for those that can appreciate it, is Clayton Cubitt's so-called video art project "Hysterical Literature", which can be found on YouTube. For those who are curious, look for the links designated as "official", easily recognized, since these are posted by the artist himself.
Sessions 1, 3, 9 and 12 are the most appealing ones, in my humble opinion. The after credits closing line of session 9 is perhaps unintentionally funny. Then again: I've got a weird sense of humor, so don't go expecting the moon, and being all disappointed afterwards...
Another golden oldie is "Ecstatic Recipes" with Jenny Smith, also found on YouTube.
But I'll stop here with the weird video recommendations...

This blue eye perceives all things conjoined. The past, the future, and the present. Everything flows and all is connected. This eye is not merely seen reality. It is touching the truth. Open the eye of truth... There is nothing to fear.
@ReaderRagfihs Well, as far as I know ASMR is literally just a natural, usually comforting, body response to certain sensory triggers, and everybody experiences it.
How people go on about getting it is kinda up to them.
In fact, there was an ASMR ad during the Super Bowl...
Be yourself, no matter who you are!
For me, that's being madly in love with fictional characters. Plz don't judge.
Yes, my first anime was High School DxD. Don't ask or judge!

@GyroZeppeli Yeah, that was it: ASMR. Thanks for the reminder. I was close, though...
@Delibheel You're pretty close with your assessment of ASMR: unlike some people think, it isn't really about what they're whispering, it's just about soft noises, basically.
It actually started off with people softly scratching all kinds of various surfaces/textures near a microphone, creating all kinds of different soft, "grindy" noises, which does indeed seem to trigger some primal relax response in the brain.
But not too long after that, people found out, that while some like the soft noises, others get more relaxed by listening to soft voices (and as someone already mentioned, that naturally also added a bit of an erotic layer), and as such, a new hype was born. The subject really doesn't matter: the really good ones could be reading the phone book, or even your tax bills, although the latter won't be particularly relaxing for most of us, but I'm sure you'll get the point.
@ReaderRagfihs Oh, agreed on Imgur, sometimes links from there don't even display on here, saying the link doesn't work and what not. Never had any issues with PostImage degrading my images, though. But maybe it does, but the effect is so minimal, that I never noticed. I'd have to put an original and posted image next to each other to find out if that's true. Might actually try that some day...
P.S.
If you thought that Wii-related ASMR is weird, you should give what I posted in comment #26,922 a try.
Trust me: your world will NEVER be the same again...
