I'm outta here. You are all rude (except from maybe CharlieSmile) and don't know the difference between begging and friendly asking

@GamerMatty7 Right... The term "begging" doesn't need to be taken literally, so nowhere in your question does it have to say "I beg you to... ". Asking for stuff is like a homeless guy on the street, asking for money.
Which, by the way, is also begging, even though he'll probably ask you nicely...

And we're not rude, you're just new and apparently not all that up to speed with the community rules.
We just tried to explain to you why you were labeled as begging for something, but apparently you're not the kind of person who can appreciate people trying to inform/enlighten and perhaps even help you...

Well, it was good to have you here while it lasted. Bye, now...

This does not compute. 🤔

If you want to buy it, then try ebay or other site that has means for people to safely make transactions. For your own safety, and that of other users who may get scammed by a potential fraudulent buyer in a random internet forum.

I've looked on a few places but found nothing :/

if it makes you feel better, Pokemon Ranch is largely very useless.

You can only take out pokemon using the file they came from, so you can't even use it to restart your game and keep your pokemon: they become permanent residents of the ranch with no way of coming back.

Here’s a pro tip: Add money before the deadline to do so happens.

True haha, but I've always wanted to play it but now any legit chance of getting it is gone. Maybe I should accept it and move on but there are a few days still to try and I might regret it if I dont

Oh right, didn't even think about trying that haha

I guess if you really want to play it you could always just try hacking an old wii. We won't tell you how to do it here though.

@Bunnymentendo: Heh, no prob! Are you gonna hunt for a similar unit or grab a XL?

I suppose. I'm not super desperate to play it so I guess that's an option I'll just put aside for the foreseeable future

Actually, that would be allowed on here, seeing as the Wii is not a current gen console:

Do not discuss current gen emulators/homebrew; It is permitted to constructively discuss the use of flash carts, emulators and homebrew software when in the context of previous generation(s) hardware.

So, just as long as we don't link to ROM's or any other illegal software, it is perfectly fine.

@GamerMatty7 Just Google "How to softmod any Wii", and among the search results, look for a tutorial on a website called "gbatemp", and/or Google for "Letterbomb". Just read through those two, and if you feel confident or comfortable enough to go through the needed steps that these discuss, then you could always try that.

Subscribing to the gbatemp forum, which is free, also gives you the opportunity to communicate with the more experienced forum members, who can help you out with any problems you might run into. But if you follow all the steps exactly as mentioned, nothing can go wrong. I've done it dozens of times, and never made any mistake. You'll need to get a non-HC, 2GB SD card first, though.

You can get these here:

@Bunnymentendo: That's definitely understandable and fits my own mindset! Unfortunately I'm extremely picky when it comes to used/refurb units, so I finally just caved and went with the SNES XL unit over the holidays.

@GamerMatty7 You're welcome.

@ThanosReXXX but I won't go on and about how to pirate games (which is what playing that game would involve). And I'd appreciate if other people didn't either.
