So seemingly DigitalFoundry is under fire from an indie developer (Redout) for stating falsehoods about their Xbox One X support. The developer sites other sources who state otherwise to DF's claims, and DF has admitted seemingly that they will look into it.
Catch is it's hard to tell if it was deliberate, or simply not doing enough work into it, but I also recall other instances of this happening, and since DF is a source for the tech illiterate, it does have an impact on gamer perception to titles. It's most certainly not up to the standards you would expect of a publication like that, when they fill that need in the industry.
Imagine doing all this work over crunch times in a small team, and some guys you don't even know come out and state incorrect information about your game (If the allegations are true). I'd be fuming too to be honest.
More disgusting is the response from the viewers. Looking at the tweets and comments aimed at the developers, God no. Let's hope it never gets that bad here because man that is disgusting.
I suppose it just shows how while DF seems to do a service for the tech illiterate in gaming, they do get it wrong but as a result of being a source of this info they have (Intentionally it sometimes seems) angled it towards simply fuelling console wars, which does no one any favours.
Well, i got an email from a random website i had no idea even existed That wants me to contact them with the link they sent me... Something tells me the link will just download a virus (even though its impossible with the device i have) so i'll just mark the email as "Spam"... For some reason i post everything that go's on in life to this thread... Yep.
The Mexican desert is not a winter wonderland, but we are having cool nights at least...

I had my first churro at Disneyland in California almost a decade ago. I had no idea the things existed until then. The closest thing we have around here are those hard, annoying bagged ones....
@Meowpheel: I kinda wish you hadn't closed what I thought was an interesting thread, but I kinda see your point.
Churros are like sunsets,
Beautiful,
But they go down really fast.
