...And my delivery never arrived and now it says "incorrect adress"... They have delivered here many times, so I'm guessing they just didn't have the time or wathever and they need to justify it with something. Oh well, I guess I'll be sharing my impressions of the game on tuesday.

I hate sweet potatoes, and I love normal potatoes. Tried sweet potatoes once, did not like them.

I've never heard of the Clamato brand itself, and I'm not sure it's for me. I would at least try it, not sure that tomatoes and clams are a perfect marriage though. Tomato juice itself is used in a lot of things here. Chili is probably one of my favorite results.

Sweet potatoes are my favorite kind of potato, but I tend to like most potatoes in general; they taste great in almost any form.

@Andrew_R_2000 they're defintely more of an acquired taste, since they do have a distinctive flavor to them (unlike regular potatoes, which are more plain), but they're very good once you give them a chance.

I rather like them in both sweet and savory recipes.

Has anyone here tried Chayote? I love those too.

@Meowpheel I hate chayote, but to be fair, I'm quite special when it comes to food. My mom is a great cook but unfortunately I'm not able to enjoy the huge variety she does since I dislike most salsas, cheese (only in pizza) and many vegetables. I'm more of a meat and fish person. I also like soups.

I actually had no plan to buy this, but when i went grocery shopping there was a little display with a couple dozen boxes, so i figured "what the hell".

(Also, people spending scalper-prices on this are either stupid, insane, or likely both. I paid $2.50, which is actually cheaper than a lot of other major-brand cereals of the same size.)

so does the Mario cereal taste good?

Haven't tried it yet, but i'm guessing it's basically kinda like Lucky Charms (oat pieces + marshmallows).

@the_shpydar @MrPryce According to a youtuber, it tastes like a mix between lucky charms and Froot Loops. By the way @the_shpydar, in that photo you kinda look like James Rolfe (Angry Video Game Nerd). I mean, your nose and mouse are hidden so I guess that's why. I thought it was him when I saw the picture without reading your comment.

Ha! I actually noticed that too after i posted it. I think it's cap-glasses combo that does it.

I tried looking for that cereal while I was in Arizona this month. No luck.

It's like a super tough green squash that grows on vines, and it also can come completely covered in sharp spikes.

Also when you peel them (which is pretty much necessary to cook them), they can irritate the skin. So yes, they're a lot of fun!

Once cooked though, they're really good.

its strange how just saying "same go's for potatoes" can make everyone talk about potatoes...?

I live in Arizona and have yet to see Super Mario cereal anywhere. My kids are asking for it after hearing me mention it awhile back.

Awright. Getting things ready for my part of new year's eve dinner.

My contribution this year will be pineapple ham, and my dad insisnted I should make donnuts; mostly because he wanted part of the dough for something else.

Supper and movies with some of my family. This involves seeing Father Figures (not really looking forward to that one; I'd rather see Ferdinand, but dad hates anything animated....) and then coming back to my house and watching my bro's DVD of Hacksaw Ridge (should be a lot better IMO).
