I did actually cry during Toy Story 3, and I remember I cried one or two other times looking at movies throughout my life. So my answer? Yes, but not usually.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
When do you cry in Toy Story 3? I didn't even find it sad. I have cried once or twice in a movie.
Spoiler ALERT
The ending when all the toys get a new home.
Why do people find this sad? It's not like Andy's going to keep the toys forever and if he did they would probably just get thrown in the attic. They could've been left at the day care centre which would've been much worse, I really don't get why so many people cry because of this movie.
I almost cried during UP and Toy Story 3, but I didn't.

SPOILER ALERT
That part near the end of the movie where all the toys are about to get incinerated and they just...give up and wait to die.
Spoiler Alert I was about 3 seconds away from crying at that part, (and the part at the end where Andy donates his toys to that little girl) but when the Pizza Planet Aliens rescued them with the claw, I was like, "Son of a b****! Pixar almost made me cry!" End Spoilers Man, it seems like every new movie Pixar releases makes you want to cry multiple times.
Stuff that happens to people in movies doesn't affect me in the least, generally. But I have cried, like, when a dog dies/is killed. Animals getting hurt tears me up!
Strange thing is, I'm more likely to cry over characters in games! Endings to games can REALLY get me. I was a sobbing mess at the end of Final Fantasy X (Spoiler................. ) when Tidus embraces Yuna from behind and the immediately following event. Final Fantasy endings get me often! Don't know if it speaks to the greater length of time we spend with a video game character that gives us an emotional connection or what. Can't imagine how I'd take it if, for example, Link died at the end of a Zelda game (although I know it's a different Link in most Zeldas).
All the children try to run, To him its part of the fun. His branching arms are for collecting, His face is empty of expressing. He sometimes hums a lowly drone, He will wander 'round your home. Dressed in darkest suit and tie, He won't let you say goodbye.
Depends on film. Depends on situation. the end of titanic always gets me though.
