Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sets the tone for your entire day so I would skip dinner as it really is the least important meal of the day.
I often skip lunch, intentionally and unintentionally. I sleep past noon on most days anyway, and I prefer cereal and cereal-like substances when I wake up. Plus, I can't cook (I've taken classes, I'm just uncoordinated). My parents usually cook dinner, and breakfast doesn't involve cooking.
