I'm looking forward to Peter Pan & Wendy because it's being directed by David Lowery who did the remake of Pete's Dragon and I love that film. He also made The Green Knight and A Ghost Story, among others, and I think he's a great director.
The Lion King prequel Mufasa sounds rather dumb. Apparently he grew up an orphan... Ok, so what about Scar? Not sure about that one.
The Little Mermaid looks nice, I'll give it that, but I hope they make some major changes to that story because frankly, Ariel has no character growth at all in the original and I never cared much for it.
Disney Animation Studio's Wish is one I'm looking forward to. Love most Disney animated musicals so this could be another winner.
Pixar's Elio has me interested because it has to do with aliens and I love that subject matter. Can't wait to learn more about it.
Inside Out 2 on the other hand has me worried. I love the original a ton. In fact, it's one of the most important movies of my life because it made me realize I needed help. But Pixar's track record for sequels is a bit iffy and it's not being made by Pete Docter, so... I don't know. Hope they surprise me.
I'M SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW.
The original Inside Out is probably my favourite 'modern' Disney movie of the past decade and I've always wondered what a sequel could be like. Absolutely cannot wait for 2024!
Also very excited to watch Disenchantment later this year, I loved that one when I first watched it a year ago and the sequel looks both very interesting and surprisingly dark, very excited.
MY SUMMER EXAMS ARE OVER THANK THE LORD

Disenchanted looks neat. Never saw the original though.
Peter Pan and Wendy is something that could be amazing, need to see more though.
The Mufasa prequel is stupid. But if it's gonna be "live-action" (as in hyper realistic CG animation) at least make the characters expressive unlike the Lion King remake. Disney must've heard all the criticism! Right?
A Snow White remake? But why? At least wait until 2037.
The Little Mermaid remake actually looks already. Probably not gonna watch it, but eh, not bad.
Elemental will probably be another great Pixar film. Also the water guy looks like Osmosis Jones, and the main characters remind me of Fireboy and Watergirl.
Win or Lose will either be a Win or Lose.
Elio looks amazing. But we've only seen concept art so lol
Inside Out 2 better not be a horrible sequel that ruins the original. Also don't kill off a character like Bing Bong again I can't handle more please Pixar please
Iwaju is a show
Strange World is strange
Wish looks like it'll be a masterpiece of 2D and 3D animation and honestly I can't wait.
And please cancel the Lilo and Stitch remake. I know that they didn't talk about it, but still.
I hate to say it but nothing really stood out to me. I don't want to be cynical but I just don't really like Disney anymore.
I hate to say this but I feel burnt out by everything Disney and Pixar. I saw the special look at Andor and it looks amazing and it might be the last new thing I watch from Disney for a while.

That’s called growing up. First you stop watching children's cartoon as you want something more mature, then you start having avocado on toast for breakfast as you are worried the sugar coated cereal will give you diabetes, then you stop drinking strawberry milkshakes to have an IPA microbrew to help with the mundane pressures of adulthood and finally you get married and have kids because you lack the imagination to do anything else with life so you conform to the societal norm.
Actually excited for Inside Out 2, loved the first, and saw it in a theater with a friend. Still remember, we both planned the movie trip over game chat when we were playing Duke Nukem 3D on Steam one night. Also like the way The Little Mermaid looks so far, hoping to see more of it.
@jump@HotGoomba Though I'm an adult, honestly I still enjoy family friendly animated movies and cartoons. Call it personal preference, it's just something I've always enjoyed.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
