What kind would they be? I'll go first:

Jigglypuff - Profiterole/cream puff: Light and airy, with cream just as jiggly.

I think mario would be a spicy meatball sub AWWWWW MMM man I can just taste it!

Ice Climbers would be a frozen brownie. Cold, but fluffy.

Banjo-Kazooie would be cake with red icing, mario would be ice cream- versatile and delicious.

Incineroar would be a lava cake. I have no idea what his personality's like but very hot on the outside, tough skin, and hot on the inside.

Zelda would be an almond cake (topped with fresh fruit and honey), Peach would be a birthday cake (with rainbow sprinkles and strawberries), and Daisy would be a cupcake cake (decorated with piped flowers).

DK is literally just a baked banana.
