Specifically EU support, anyone out there that has emailed support, how long did it take?

Mine took about 2-3 weeks @Xenjamin. I live in NA so I don't know what time it is with EU Nintendo support

Don’t think it’s normal. Might be the new normal? Customer support has nosedived everywhere.

I think a lot of people are contacting Nintendo at the moment, mainly due to the joy-con and pro controller drift spectacle, so it may take a couple months at least to receive a response 😊

@Xenjamin I noticed Nintendo UK took their phone number down from their contact page around february/march when the outbreak started.

EDIT: Longshot. Possible workaround. Have you tried using Nintendo UK support contact page? Their support messenger might be running (during work hours).

Nintendo throws your customer emails in a spam folder and once a month the worst employee has to answer one of them. I hope you're the lucky one!

@Papichulo Nintendo North America is shockingly professional and helpful. I dreaded calling Nintendo for help the first time. But I've called them two more times since, and it's always been a very positive experience. So, I wouldn't apply that to all of Nintendo. As far as I've seen, Nintendo values customer support more than most companies. Have you a good or bad experience with Nintendo customer support where you're at?
