The title and ending themes that the show uses are all really catchy and fun. Afro Gunso being a great example.
Don't expect them to make much sense, though.

Upon closer inspection, you may be right. I'll never listen to Afro Gunso the same way again.

The Hunter X Hunter movie was fun.

I really should watch that movie. Just as someone should pick up Hunter X Hunter for a DVD release, hint-hint.

Finished up chapter 539 of History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi!

SPOILERS

Shigure starts out battling the seven masters of Yami's armed division, before stopping after realizing one of them has Kenichi & Miu cornered. It also appears that Yami has lots & lots of gold on board the ship, and it's their military funding.

Meanwhile, Yami's "One Shadow Nine Fists", in a meeting with the Japanese prime minister, officially announce the beginning of "Eternal Sunset"! (which, mentioned earlier, is them using their influence to start WWIII)

What will happen now!?

I dont know if it was mentioned here already but u all should look at the manga Drifters its from the guy who made hellsing. But beware its quite bloody so i guess when ur under i dont know 16 maybe better pass this. Also its so great.
For those people who dont have the right age i hihly recommend Psyren. ( Also manga)

I personally wasn't a fan of Psyren. I didn't get far in, but nothing I saw or heard since has indicated it's anything other than a generic shounen a manga. Perhaps you could provide some insight, @Freakazoid?

Well of course its shounen but of course its all an opinion to like something or not.
Well i love the story its really twisting and how it started was really good. Well the setting is just great its an endworld setting which i like. I havent come across a better shounen manga.
Well u have epic fights u have great story twists and luckily not to much training phases which i really get annoyed in most shounen mangas best example would be dragonball...
U have magic substitutes and an amazing endin instead of dragging on and on when theres nothing to tell anymore.
Like with bleach where they should have stopped after ichigo lost his ability ok now they got the curve but still.

Yeah, so One Piece 722 was really good. Seriously.

Naruto rewatch on Toonami is becoming a confirmation to me that Naruto is a guilty pleasure. By that I mean it's rare that it's as good as I remember, which is a shame. It's rarely bad or anything but the lack of fun and creativity compared to One Piece and Soul Eater is really exposing how flawed Naruto is. And this is from a die-hard fan too...

Yeah, I think I get what you mean, when comparing it to One Piece & Soul Eater.

I've actually never seen Naruto before (at least this far in), and while it's not bad by any means, I just don't get excited for it for some odd reason.

At first I thought that maybe it's just that the show wasn't resonating with me for some reason, but I've come to think that I enjoy OP, SE, & SAO so much more, that Naruto just feels more average than it really is, in comparison.

Going to read Eyeshield 21 again and finish the anime as well.

Well, I've been watching Code Geass. It's pretty good, it gets better as it goes on. I'm liking Lelouch too. I just finished episode 14, I absolutely hated how the episode ended and thought it was really dumb though.

Well then. I might be abandoning ship with Code Geass. I was watching episode 15 and found they showed a woman topless for a second because she forgot she didn't have clothes on. Can anyone tell me if something that bad happens again in the series, if there isn't a topless showing again I'll finish the series as it's already passed and I can't really undo watching as I aleady watched it. If it does happen again, then sadly I'll just abandon shop as that's not the type of thing I want to see. I asked the friend who told me about the series if there was anything like too, apparently he forgot about that moment. If you want to know exactly what scene I was talking about then SPOILER ^{it was when the guy with the afro in the black knights picked the woman (the one who Lelouch used his Geass in the begging after ordering the squad to commit suicide) from the docks after Shirly shot her.
