I watched the first three episodes of Bastard!! on YouTube! (It's a six epidode OVA)
Long story short, 4 warlords are about to conquer the world (and soon thereafter release a monster that will destroy the world), and as a last ditch effort, the last vestages of civilization unseal a powerful sorcerer, in the hopes he will stop them (as he has world domination goals of his own).
I'm really enjoying this so far. I'm a big fan of the art style, the action is great, and the blend of lightheartedness & seriousness is perfect. It does tend to lean a bit heavy on the innuendo & fanservice, though.
I'd say it's kind of giving off the same vibes as Fatal Fury II: the New Battle & Fatal Fury: the Motion Picture, in terms of content.
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
Checked out Servant x Service, and it was very funny! A little frenetic again though, but the main cast is excellent. The balance between mundane life and silliness reminds me a lot of the US Office.
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
Also, a bunch of stuff has been added, since I last watched this guy's stuff (on YouTube):
Wrath of the Ninja - the Yotoden Movie
Madox 01
Wild 7: Biker Knights
Wicked City
Demon City Shinjuku
Dominion Tank Police
Bounty Dog
Any ideas if any of these are good?
Sorry for the double post, BTW.
Dominion Tank Police is a really fun watch, and Madox 01 was okay from what I remember. Wrath of the Ninja is apparently pretty good, but I haven't seen it myself (yet). Also, stay far away from Wicked City.

Thanks for the reply. I'll probably watch Dominion Tank Police once I'm done with B**tard!!, and Wrath of the Ninja & Madox 01 sometime later on.
I'll eventually get around to the one's you didn't have an opinion on, also.
Black rock shooter got a lot of hype and the OVA was amassing, but I felt that the actual anime came up short.
Still awsome though
Flandre- "I've been in the basement. For about 495 years."
Marisa- "That's sweet, I only get weekends off."

Marisa- It's so hot, I'm gonna die here.
Reimu- If you die, I'll feed your corpse to the birds.
Remilia- My, it'd be fine if you'd let me take care of tha...
Finished up watching the last 3 episodes of B*stard!! tonight.
I really enjoyed this one (definitely up there with my favorite OVAs), although it didn't have a concrete ending (this OVA series was supposed to run for 8 episodes, and cover the first arc of the manga, but they only made the first 6).
I'll eventually probably try out the manga (although it's long. It started in 1988, and is still going...).
I realize it's a title, but let's use one asterisk please -Lz
All of Ichigo's friends & family were given guest passes, that will allow them to visit Soul Society anytime they want, in the event Ichigo becomes too powerful to live in the human world after his training. Also, parts of Soul Society are starting to vanish, as it merges with the world the Vandenreich headquarters is in (the battle is drawing near!)
SPOILERS END
There won't be any new chapters for the next 5 weeks, though (grumble grumble...)
I've been re-watching a few anime on Netflix, and I thought I'd just post a couple of quick thoughts:
-It's weird that I always seem to forget this until I re-watch it, but the last decade has been kind to Samurai Champloo. That show still looks flat-out gorgeous.
-SPOILER, I GUESS Even though most of it occurs off-screen, Diva's rape and murder of Riku in Blood+ is still one of the most genuinely shocking and heart-breaking moments I've ever seen in an anime.END OF SPOILER
HO! LY! ****!!
I finished vol. 19 of Bakuman! That was too much! Oh god! D: The duo has to face their biggest obstacle yet as they're coming so close to their dream! I got really emotional during this one! Hahaha. I'm so excited to see how this all ends. Next volume, 20, is the final one. Next month. I can't wait.
I read volume 15 of Bakuman a couple of days ago, this manga is almost inspiring to me. Especially since I've had some thoughts recently about trying to get into creative writing, so it's really interesting to me.
This volume really got me with its sense of casual optimism despite Mashiro feeling distant from normal people and just seeing one man in a pathetic state because he got into the business years before and wasted his life and another scared of being in the same situation.
