My friend IRL wanted to know what you guys thought of Evangelion, cause he's one of my friends who love it and wanted to get me into it. I posted your comments and his reply was:
Ivo Jáquez
1st guy went into it thinkin' it was all 'bout the mechs & got lost with the autopsycoanalysis that the second half focuses on.
I honestly don't blame him
The only reason I know 'bout the psychoanalysis is 'cause I looked it up beforehand
Don't want to troll either friend (IRL or you guys) so I can't make up my mind yet. I'll just need to keep watching.

As for Evangelion, I enjoy it enough. I really liked the first parts of it, but near the end it gets kinda... eh. (and End of Evangelion was a giant pile of WTF).
I want to see where they're going with the reboot series of movies, because Evangelion 1.11 was stunning.
On an unrelated note, we're supposed to have thunderstorms hit between 11 p.m. & 4 a.m. (which just happens to be the majority of Toonami), so hopefully they don't knock out the cable like last time...

I dunno...I keep hearing the Evangelion has a psychoanalysis of its characters by the end, creating the most brilliantly realized characters.
Not my words, I just keep hearing so many extremely positive, and extremely negative things wherever I go.
For example, some says it's got a bloated sense of worth, makes no sense, and has an unsatisfying end.
Others saying the end (the revised end from the film) is one of the best in anime.
I know I keep saying this, but I'll just make my own call at the end.

@Rocko
Don't pay attention to anyone's opinion because it will mess with your own opinion in the end.I enjoy things myself when i dont hear anothers opinion on the subject,so I can decide if i liked it or not.Others opinions sometimes affect your selfs opinon
I will say that I have high hopes for Rebuild of Evangelion. I really liked 1.11 and 2.22 (granted, I also liked the first half or so of the original series, but still).
I think I might have mentioned this before but if any of you get into Detective Conan, the anime especially, NEVER CATCH UP TO THE LATEST EPISODE. Please. First of all, because to do so in less than a year is likely not an ideal use of your free time, as much I love the series. But even compared to other long running series, it is so frustrating going from going through the series at a quick pace to having to wait a week or so for the latest episode, a lot of which don't advance anything anyway. Like I caught up to One Piece when it was getting to the later parts of Enies Lobby there were incredibly slow, and even that wasn't as bad an idea.
also, I have like 4 ideas for a twist that will happen towards the end of Gargantia, I'm interested if any of those ideas are true...
Since I'm now current on The Devil is a Part-Timer! (I really enjoyed episodes 9 and 10 - particularly the small gag about the demons jumping to conclusions on the origins of "organic coffee") and my copy of Animal Crossing: New Leaf won't arrive on my doorstep until Monday or Tuesday, I think I'll spend my Sunday trying to burn through Blood-C's entire 12 episode run-time.
I'm not expecting it to surpass Blood+ for my affection or anything, but with such a short length and a free Funimation dub, I suppose (hope?) it's at least worth half a weekend of my time.
Well it's official, after many sad parts, One Piece has legitimately made me cry. Even more impressive, it did it with something I had already known about.

Bleach - The main villain has completed his transformation (soon followed by him being so arrogant, that he destroy's a certain something, that'll give the good guys an advantage in the end).
Naruto - The battle is underway, and things sure have heated up!
One Piece - Not a phenominal episode, but it was still a fun ride.
Soul Eater - Some great action early on! Oh, and I finally realized that Stein is Android 17 from DBZ (his voice has been bugging me since the first time he showed up, and now I'm really happy that I know where I heard it before. Really made my night).
IGPX - Didn't watch.
Eureka 7 - Great episode! (well except for the part where that character asked "is the wall acting like a barrier!?". I mean, of course it's acting like a barrier, because walls are nothing but a type of barrier. I know I'm harping on this way too much, but it just kinda rubbed me wrong I guess, lol).

What arc are you on? Because there are A LOT of emotional parts.
What would everyone say is the best arc in the Fairy Tail anime? I've watched the first few episodes and I'm wondering when it gets really good. It's okay right now.
Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?
One Piece might be shaping up to be my favorite anime...but it's hard...FMA, Death Note, and Trigun are all top of the list so far, hard to decide...then there's Attack on Titan...
