One thing that's immediately apparent with Tsuritama and Xam'd: Lost Memories, both of which I started yesterday morning, is that they're gorgeous. I really love their uses of color.
And Xam'd, in particular, is quite well-animated, so I wasn't at all surprised to find that it was a Bones series (three episodes in, it even reminds me a bit of Eureka Seven).
Oh, Silver Spoon is from Arakawa. Yeah, I'm gonna watch it. Never read it and it looks good.
Out of all the SoL anime coming out, Silver Spoon looks the most interesting to me. Kirino Mosaic didn't seem like it would have too much moe, but...
Watching moe makes me happy inside, but in a totally non creepy way. That still sounded totally creepy D:
True, but from what I've seen there is a bit. It's definitely gonna be a cute little slice of life. The moe SoL of the season though is going to be Tokurei Sochi Dantai Stella Jogakuin Koutou-ka C³-bu. (Boy that's a mouth full!) I'm excited for this one too. Sounds ridiculous in a good way.

With 8-9 episodes out by now can you tell me thoughts on Valvrave? I know I keep saying this, but you NEED to watch Attack on Titan, it's the best show out right now!
Also, even though I've been skipping it up to now, and it's almost over, The Devil is A Part Timer looks quite nice.
So this summer, so far I've got Silver Spoon and Danganronpa: Kibou no Gakuen to Zetsubou no Koukousei - The Animation (which I'll refer to as Danganronpa from now on) are what I'm looking forward to.

I have not had a chance to watch anything besides those 5 episodes of Naruto Shippuden for the past 2 months, thanks to my new job, classes, etc. I don't expect this situation to improve any time soon. If it does change, though, I'll let you know.
There's a bookstore packed with manga just down the street from my work place! X3 I read some of the Attack on Titan manga. Unfortunately this week they were missing vol.s 1, 2, and 4. Guess it's selling well. I decided to read Pretty Face while killing time on my lunch brake. The one where the guy gets burned and his face is restored to look like his crush, and now he has to pass off as her twin sister who ran away. I didn't even get to finish the first chapter though. I enjoyed what I read though. It was humorous.
