I've started watching Ah! My Goddess, and I really like it. If only one of the goddesses had green hair if you get my drift. At first I didn't really like Belldandy's name, but it's really grown on me.

Ah My Goddess is good ^__^ Second season wasn't too good though. Or maybe 3rd. I cant remember. Maybe there isn't even a 3rd o.o

Of Guilty Crown? It's alright. Not the greatest start, but I like it so far. I look forward to watching more, but I may not be able to until Sunday morning.
-Bleach - do you even care, please let something better and still relevent replace it.
-Samurai 7 - Still wish I cared about the other 6 Samurai, but the new (child?) character is pretty amusing. I still maintain the kids and Kiku should just have their own series. But it's at least getting to the point where I'm not certain why I don't care about the other 6, so...improvement? Series has been decent despite that though.
-Casshern Sins - It had a lot of good stuff, especially Dio and Leda, but at this point the climax of the series has been sadly botched. The sudden new development of Bracking Boss and Luna teaming up feels as sudden as the last 2 episodes of Steins;Gate.
-Eureka 7 - I love how much I've forgotten about this series. I pretty much only remember the immediate repercussions after the next couple of episodes. THOSE EYES. 0__0
-Symbionic Titan - This is the episode where I really started to get into the series. Not as bad as THOSE EYES but the alien enterting through the guy's mouth...creepy. Also one of those series where they constantly remind you the main dude is awesome, but it doesn't get annoying. Shockingly.
I'm waiting to get to an episode I haven't seen in Thundercats to watch it so...yeah.
One thing I'll never get, is why the DBZ films are so darn short (40-50 mins). There might be some good scenes, but things always seem way to rushed & compressed.
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)

clearly it's an apology to everyone who unfortunately had the patience to continue watching that Frieza fight
How often do you guys think you encounter a show you disliked? I can only think of about 20 shows that I didn't really enjoy, and to be honest, most of those were shows that I didn't like were shows that I stopped watching after the first episode. Only exceptions were long running shows that I felt got stale after a while, and I'm thinking maybe I should give those shows more credit since most of them I really enjoyed until they got stale, and stale usually just means I watched them too much, anyways. (of course, Inuyasha is an exception to all of that)
So with those out, I'm left with:
Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo*
Detonator Orgun**
Elfin Lied
Fafner of the Azure
Familiar of Zero*
Gasaraki
Genesis of Aquarion
Ikki Tousen
Infinite Stratos
InuYasha*
Rosario + Vampire
Macross II: Lovers Again**
Maria Watches Over Us
Revolutionary Girl Utena
Victory Gundam*
*=More than one episide **=Finished
And the other 1 or so I've long forgetten. They're probably just lame fanservice shows, anyways. And I'm excluding movies and kid shows, of course.
Anyways, that's out of 200+ shows that I've watched/sampled over the years. That means more than 90% of the shows I watch are enjoyable. I think that's pretty good. How is it for everyone else?
Death Note - I don't really know what it is, but I just never really cared for it. It actually kinda baffles me why there are so many people who think it's the best thing ever (at least back when I was on MyIGN).
Witch Hunter Robin - It's more of a case that I just never really tried it.
Wolf's Rain - It's not necessarily a bad show, but my brother thinks it's one of the best anime ever, so I'm just really burnt out on it.
There's probably more, but that's all I can think of at the moment.

It's got an intriguing concept, it's the closest thing to a "Mature" anime that a lot of people saw, and it was actually pretty well excecuted, at least for the first half of the show.
I honestly can't think of an anime I only gave a single episode before I decided it sucked. Mar I guess, or whatever it was.
Prince of Tennis - I get the appeal but oh god was I bored. I even tried to give the manga a chance...didn't work.
Inuyasha - HAAAATE. I'm still not entirely sure why. In theory it's just an ok manga/anime that failed to improve or go anywhere that made me want to continue watching. But I don't hate Bleach so...I dunno.
Rave Master - SImilar hatred to Inuyasha but a bit more explainable. This anime, from what I saw, was infuriatingly uncreative. And considering some of the anime I like, that's saying something. It must have taken effort to how predictable it was. I skipped to a later episode after a bit and guessed what plot twist would happen BEFORE WATCHING THE EPISODE. Still not sure how, but that seriously happened.
DBGT - Obvious choice but yeah, I didn't like it. I'm surprised I watched as much as I did.
Air - Episodes 7-12 are good. But the first 6 episodes...oh god. I've never felt such a weird mixture of boredom, anger and sadness just from watching these side characters, who I care so little about it actually physically hurt me. And yet they are a major focus/distraction of these episodes. After episode 6, it took me several tries to even get myself to watch the next episode. That episode only exists to make you want to stop watching.
Naruto movie 3/Shippuden Movie 1/Hidden Falls OVA thing I don't know - They're all basically generic boring stories with what should be an interesting twist that ends up not interesting at all, and only exists to reinforce how it is bad filler.
Beet The Vandal Buster - Generic predictable boring, I don't even care. 2 episodes.
Yugioh GX/5Ds - Ok, this is entirely unfair since I only saw the first season of GX and first few episodes of 5Ds...and both dubbed. So...yeah. But it's amazing how much more awful GX is in the dub compared to the original Yugioh dub.
According to my cable's "info", it looks like AS is going to throw an hour of InuYasha into the extra hour timeslot this Saturday night (since daylight savings time is ending).
It could be wrong (our cable's "info" is known to do that), but just a few days ago, it was listing Off The Air for that hour (an AS comedy they usually throw on the schedule for placeholder purposes, until they're ready to announce the actual show for the timeslot), and "info" actually has the information for the episodes being shown (the first two), instead of the general series information.
I know most of you are impartial to, dislike, or hate the series, but it somehow has a nostalgic connection for me. As the first anime I got into outside of Toonami, I always wondered what it'd be like on the block, so it'll be neat to see, if even just for one night.

This.
I swear most people only like Death Note because it makes there taste in Anime look somewhat more refined.

The appeal of the series is watching the clever tricks and mindgames and whatnot that the main characters are constantly using order to try to stop or succeed as Kira. I do think people pretending it's super deep or whatever are lying to themselves (seriously, Light acts like an over-the-top villian at the end of the first episode, this wasn't a slow descent into evil, get over it) but it's highly enjoyable at what it does.
