Just finished chapter 8 of the Kingdom Hearts manga. Chapters are pretty short, lol (usually 8 pages, with an occasionally 16 page one thrown in).
SPOILER. It just finished up the Traverse Town segment (the adventure's about to really begin). there are some differences, like a woman who tries to hit on Sora in Traverse Town, or the very occasional cuss (that might be because it's probably a fan sub, since I'm reading it online), but it's pretty much an overview of the game's main points. END SPOILERS.
I know that a spoiler warning for KH isn't really neccessary, but oh well.

Lol, the KH 2 Manga was the first time I actually got into Manga... I remember getting it like it was yesterday...
Makes up for the fact I haven't played the 1st or 2nd game... well, a little bit. Still bummed they never released any volume past KH2 Volume 2 here...
The website I go to (Manga Fox) has the mangas for KH, Chain of Memories, II, & 358/2 Days, so you could go there. They're probably fan subs, but so far so good from what little I've read.

Just finished volume 1 of the Kingdom Hearts manga! Started volume 2.
Oh, I read that. A guy I use to know let me borrow it. I didn't like it. But I'm not a fan of Kingdom hearts, so I'm biased. Thought the art was kind of cool.
@Retro_on_thego It sounds like you're slightly ahead of me now but what you mentioned looks to be in the next episode (which I intend on watching tomorrow), judging by the preview that was in the last episode I saw. What do you think of Iwase? She's become one of my least favourite anime characters, she's such a stuck-up bitch. I found the way she acted when they were all gathered at Nizuma's house to be especially annoying.

And she's fine with the possibility of interfering with Takagi's wedding, indirectly. I really hope Ashirogi beats her. might want to watch that language btw, lol.

I feel exactly the same way about her, I don't think there has ever been an anime character that has annoyed me as much as she has. From what I've read about Bleach, it sounds like Aizen could beat her if I carried on watching that show. She hasn't interfered with Takagi's wedding where I am in the anime but don't worry, there are far worse spoilers I could have got for Bakuman but it doesn't really surprise me that she'd do something like that.
Watched episode 1 or Panty & Stocking last night in English then Japanese. The Japanese voices are better IMO. Panty's english voice actor sounds strange, and stocking's voice just doesn't fit IMO. Gaterbelt's voice is awesome though. So yeah, this show rocks so much. I actually laughed out loud more than once in the first episode. (probably only two times actually.) I like the tribute (parody?) to old Cartoonnetwork cartoons. I get such a powerpuff girls/ Dexter's laboratory feeling from the art style. I can see why some people, or a lot , would be affected by the sexual jokes. I got caught off guard by one and it made me laugh really hard for a bit. Overall Panty & Stocking is great, because of how incredibly over the top and insane it is, yet it exists. Yet it's still less offensive than Sou Park. I would love it if the show aired on CN and I could wake up to watch a new episode every Saturday. lol
I'd like to reiterate that I would love a reimagining of the Getter Robo series. Perhaps one that incorperates Getter Robo G and Shin Getter Robo, and maybe even the Getter Emperor (which, before Gurren Lagann, was the largest Giant Robot ever concieved. It literally ate planets for breakfast). They did such a good job with Shin Mazinger, I could see them pulling it off extremely well.
It's the new film by Mamoru Hosada (The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Summer Wars), if you were wondering, entitled Ōkami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki (The Wolf Children Ame and Yuki).
Considering how slightly obsessed I got with The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (watched countless times) and Summer Wars (possibly watched even more times than TGWLLT, and I have a massive theatrical poster of it on my wall), it's safe to say I'm just a little bit hyped for this film.
