I don't know if you guys can help me with is problem I have. I tend to watch a lot of action anime so I like to watch a comedy/girl anime in between, something not so violent or serious to help balance out all the action, drama, violence and blood. So anyone have any suggestions on what to watch. I like something along the lines of School Rumble, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Karin, I like it when the anime focuses more on comedy than romance I don't like them SUPER girly either (like fruits basket). Anyways anyone have any suggestions?

I highly recommend The melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya if you're okay with something that isn't completely a comedy. At first it may seem like a comedy but it does get serious at times but it is still a very funny anime and has a great cast of characters. Its my second favourite anime and has two series with 14 episodes each as well as a movie.

If you're looking for romantic comedy I suggest Clannad. As for comedy only I hear great things about Sgt. Frog. (I myself am barely going to start it.)
Okay, just finished Ano hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai and I am crying like a baby ;___; It was sooo good. You all should watch it. It's only 11 episodes, but it was great
How funny. My friend just lent me the first vol. of the Toradora manga today. I'm going to start reading it soon. He seems to like it a lot, so I'm looking forward to reading it. Am I in store for a good series? I've heard positive things about it.
The Toradora! anime is great. Tied at number 1 for my favourite! I don't know about the manga, but if the anime was based off of the manga then you should be in for a treat

I always skip Afro gunso, I hate it. On the plus side, I'm enjoying the episodes themselves a lot more than I thought I would. When I was watching it today, at the end, I wished it wasn't ending, it was hilarious! The only other anime where I've felt like that at the end is Reborn, The melancholy of Haruhi Suzymiya and Pandora hearts.
Man you guys suck. Afro Gunsou is the kind of crazy, addictive theme you'd expect from a crazy, addictive show. I actually missed it when it was gone. I rarely, if ever say that for ending themes.
