another DSI

only from DSI to 3ds ....what is even more werid they will NOT allow you to transfer the games from a 3DS to another 3DS

my DSI xl is starting to get dead spots on the touch screen (thanks to the scribble as fast as you can games that scratch the screen ,)

so say if you go out and buy a 3ds today 6 months later it breaks if you dont want to send it in for a repair (say you took the store repair) you will lose all your downloaded games

i belive nintendo is the only company to do this (ps 3 and 360 can move games from system to system)

part of the next update, along with vc, 3dsware, 3d videos and 3d classics.
as for dsi to dsi, you need to send both to nintendo and they use a special device to transfer the games

In a system update, 3DSes can transfer any software up to a certain extent. As for the DSi to DSi, I believe it may be because of piracy issues, but honestly I don't know

All 3DSware,VC,videos, apps are downloaded to the sd card on the 3DS. so take out your SD card and pop it in another 3DS.

Hey check out my awesome new youtube channel shingi70 where I update weekly on the latest gaming and comic news form a level headed perspective.

Won't work. When you download something from Nintendo eShop to your Nintendo 3DS is means it can only be used on that system.

As part of the November update, you'll be able to transfer software and other applications from one 3DS to another, which is the only way you can move items between systems.

i hope they somehow fix it to do DSI to dsi by next spring... i think my old dsi can hold out for another 6 months (hopefully) ..

I tried the 3ds at Target and i hated it . screen way smaller then the dsixl im used to .. and the graphics just didnt look right to me (i dont think i can stand 3d makes me sick)

Don't play with 3d on then if you get one (it's worth it). Also I mentioned above how to send dsiware between two dsi systems, just be ready not to have either for a while and check with Nintendo to make sure it's accurate before you send both, I heard it on this site somewhere before. Also trust me on this the 3ds dsiware looks as sharp if not sharper then an xl because things aren't pixelated as badly as on a xl (bringer screen equals visible pixels), also by holding start and select when starting dsiware you can bring it to normal resolution on a dsi and you can't make out each pixel on the screen.

Mr-X9000

the reason why u cant transfer games from one dsi to another is because NINTENDO WANTS U TO SPEND MORE MONEY,
u will be able to trans fer games from one 3DS to another with the the next firmware update
