I buy pretty much all my games from them (The Game Collection). Pre-orders are always delivered a day or two in advance of official release date too. So they are not only cheaper, but they get stuff to you sooner. You also get loyalty points which reduce the cost of further purchases from them.

They also do very cheap used games.

Yeah, I try to get most of mine from there. They're generally the cheapest for new games. Their only flaw is the size of their catalogue.
I think people do need to make more effort to avoid Amazon though. Monopolies are bad news in the long run.
