Topic: This Amiibo stuff, Codename Steam, or the game with the Fire Emblem characters (to most people who didn't care about it before today)

Not to doubt you, but I have never heard this and I got nothing while trying to look it up. Is this actually a thing?

I had intrest in this game its just that the amiibo gave me more of a reason to buy it. second dont judge a person on their reason to buy a game. No my dog and me wont go running if they added mario, there was no reason to attack me like that. I dont need some random person behind a computer screen to put me down thanks.

I know what we should do! Buy more Amiibo! That'll show Nintendo!

Soooo, most of you are saying you'll buy the game purely for the FE characters? Woooow, no wonder Nintendo hardly makes new IPs. I think this game looks interesting and fun even WITHOUT the other characters.

Edit: Nevermind, I didn't read the last couple of posts. I shouldn't have judged so soon. I'm sowwie guise.

I actually would have been happy with 4 more original characters, if I had a choice between them and Fire Emblem. It's just really a promotional thing for the game, in the end, putting Fire Emblem characters in. There really is no point in them being in there, from a story standpoint.

I am buying this game no matter what, even before the Direct. Now, if I can find Fire Emblem Amiibos, I might get a New 3DS XL to use that functionality. I am starting to think that they will not make an adapter. I am on the fence about a New 3DS XL so it isn't like these Amiibos alone are selling the system but they are tipping the scale.
