I could already tell from the shop video this looked quite interesting. Glad yo hear it's been so we'll received. I just hope word of mouth and reviews can help sell this game. I'll pick it up soon enough If only to support the devs as I just have too much to play atm and knee deep into to many games with plenty more to come.

Can anybody help out with level 9? How do you solve the trapdoor puzzle on the west side of the map?

Eel

Is it the one with the room filled with trapdoors and bats?

If so, you just need to time your steps to not fall.

Actually, that's usually the solution to any puzzle involving trap doors.

Hi @all!

I really love this game - ok, sometimes the riddles are a little hard, but it's really fun.

I need some help with the 9th chapter - i'm already down to the second floor, but there i'm stuck. After the door which has four activator plates to open/close, there's another door i can not open. There's a plate behind the bars to the left, but throwing stones there does not help. Could someone please give me a hint?

Oh, and by the way - magic is (at least as far as i can see it) rather good in killing off enemies before you even encounter them smile
I love the magic-system - it's fun to arrange the runes at the matrix in a way where you can have a good set of speels avaylable all the time.

well, we have some plans for the future...

Magellan: if I remember it correctly, there is a sign on the wall near the trapdoors which says "flash back" - try to think about it as "fast back"

Thank you all for your feedback.

Just finished it and loved it. Went on normal with a balanced hero. Took me a while to be good with melee attacks but once I got the hang of it it was really fun. I loved the runes system for magic. It was clever and made me try different things. I'm looking forward for more games like this one!!

Isn't it a bit early in the day to start talking about gothic architecture? Well, if you care to come a bit closer, we can discuss things of another nature.

can someone help me? missing a secret on chapter 8! I can't seem to find any more breakable walls or fountains to pick items from. Where can it be??

I found the secret. It was at the middle of the big room and finished the game. Chapter 9 and 10 were quite easy. The last boss was impossible without magic immunity/silence, but too easy if you used these spells (I played on hard).

I enjoyed the game mostly, however i found some serious glitches:

  • Two times I had to shut down my 3ds (even home button wasn't working).
  • Concetration Spell is totally broken. You can keep casting it and gain insane perma-intelligence (I got to like 500 and one shotted everything with thunder magic). Even its visual (the orange-red aura circle) is bugged. It just stops showing after some uses!
  • Sometimes the weapon combos wont just register. They resumed to work upon equiping another weapon or rebooting the game.

3/5 stars for me. (I spent around 13 hours and found all the stuff in the game).

I'm trying to 100% the game as I go (I'm disappointed that you can't just replay previous levels to find the stuff you missed), and I can't find one of the secrets in Chapter 3. I got the two for one that opened a corridor to the item behind the bars, the one with Nathaniel, and one in the basement with just a couple of minor items. I think I've checked every wall in the level, but I must've not noticed it somehow. Where is it?

By the way, I cracked the security code before rescuing Nathaniel just by systematically trying every combination until the slot opened. Also, does anyone else think that one of Nathaniel's brothers is really feminine? I thought he was a girl until my character mentioned to Nathaniel that he had already rescued his brothers.

Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.

All of the children in this game look more or less exactly the same

Anyway, have you tried throwing something in a certain hole in the ground that is behind bars?

Thanks. I had no idea you could get secrets that way. It sucks that you don't get anything from that particular secret.

Hi, Please can you help. Playing The Keep with my son. We are on Chapter 8 Underground Floor One. We cant find the key for the door in the North West corner of the main map (large room full of undead types). We've killed all the monsters and explored everywhere else. Just this last door we cannot find a key for.

Also we have no torches and are stumbling around in the dark which is spoiling things a little. Is there a light spell?

Can anyone point us in the correct direction.
