They haven't mentioned any support for it, sooo... nope.

My thoughts are this could have added to the current add on topic and doesn't warrant a separate thread really, sorry and all.

Im guessing this is nintys way of using a 3DS as a Wii U controller just like Vita is a PS3 controller (possibly)

Problem with Vita being PS3 controller is that it lacks the R2, L2, R3 and L3 buttons- unless the sticks do "click".

And with this attachment for 3DS, it's still going to lack 4 shoulder buttoms the WiiU Tablet has. So, it could be used as a controller, like Vita to PS3, but both will be limited a bit.

Actually the attachment adds L2 and R2. It has all the control possibilities that the Wii U has.

Maybe as an update to the game, which Nintendo says is possible. Or it could also use the second Circle Pad and become a twin-stick shooter game.

Oh great...what in the world are they thinking? From the pictures I've seen not only does this add a 2nd analog but doubles as a charge station, thus making it that much bulkier, and heavier, to hold. Now not that I don't support the idea of a 2nd analog for games that really need it badly, but this is really bad and desparate idea. Not to mention that the 2nd analog looks smaller than the 1st.
