Its been so long...I don't remember the game completely, but I know I beat it completely.
a) Was the Star Wolf team playable, I forget, anyways, make them playable. b) Add a stage where you pilot and attack using the big carrier ship piloted by ROB64. c) Auto barrel roll option. =D d) Multi-lock like REZ. e) Fly through tank levels. f) Online multiplayer with new maps and modes. g) Unlockable StarFox 2. h) Switch/jump between characters and locations during gameplay. i) Have Andross simultaneously conquer planets and locations as you choose your path to Venom(makes stages rise in difficulty where there is an occupation). j) Screen shake effect when hit since there's probably no rumble.
I dunno, all off the top of my head, haven't played it since the 64 days, might make the game more interesting, maybe.

This is a remake, not a re-imagining, so they can't change anything groundbreaking. Sure little stuff like graphics and what not, but not core elements.
I love N64's voices, and happily, Corbie told me that the voices on the E3 demo were the N64 originals, so hopefully that won't change. On the saving note, I always thought that this game was a score-based game? I don't want saving, I like playing it for half-an-hour hits when I boot it up, plus it is a short game, so saving would be kinda pointless. IMO anyways.

@Aviator: I guess you're right about the remake vs re-imagining thing. I thought my list would be cool additions though, not necessarily everything, but the only things that might be unreasonable would be... maybe b, d, g, and i.
Its not like Nintendo would read this thread and go, "Oh man, these guys have some good ideas, lets implement them," so what's wrong with having a little pipe dream about changes to Star Fox 64? =]

As much as I hate remakes, for the love of God, please add a save system.
Some of us can only play games for like 20 minutes till we're ready to move on so I've never been able to finish Star Fox.

Well, if you cant beat SF64 I recommend you to buy more than 100 games so you can play another game every 20 minutes and thus the epic fails wont hurt that much.
