Apparently I'm spoiled for choice when it comes to Absols. I have a dozen and a few have almost perfect IVs while others have nothing but egg moves. Same can be said for a few Arons I've got. Also caught a HA Xatu (safari).

This game refuses to let me leave it...

Surprised I haven't seen anyone here with an Aggron yet. Guess I'll be the first. :3

Cool. Let me battle your Aggron with my own Aggron when it's ready.

It'll be a while though. I haven't started yet and probably won't at all today due to Smash Direct hype.

You're right. I nearly forgotten about that. Hopefully Sakurai shows something mind-blowing.

So I've just started doing a bit of testing of some of the Pokémon that I've recently EV trained, and I ended up just having one of my closest battles in a long time...
It was actually the second time I played the person, because they disconnected the first time (I was going to win anyway), so we had a rematch.
I made quite a few bad predictions, but it turned out being a fun battle.
If anyone wants to take a look, the code's 3R3G-WWWW-WWW6-M65A.

Did someone say replays they couldn't save?

Battle Spot doubles

Me: Meowstic (M) and Mega Gardevoir out first with Greninja and Landorus (T) chilling in the back.
Opponent: Infernape and Aron (Level 1) with Darkrai and Rayquaza in the back.

-Turn 1-
Meowstic gets hit with a Fakeout, Mega Gardevoir uses Hyper Voice, Aron hangs on due to Sturdy and uses Endeavor on Mega-Voir and recovers with a Shell Bell (what a grimy strategy, very nice play).

-Turn 2-
Meowstic uses Quick Guard, blocks Infernape's Mach Punch, Mega-Voir uses Hyper Voice, and Aron uses Endeavor again on Meowstic (Both my Pokemon are in critical HP, I'm worried).

Darkrai is sent out

-Turn 3-
Aron uses Protect, Meowstic uses Safeguard, Mega-Voir uses Hyper Voice, and Darkrai gets bodied.

Rayquaza comes out

-Turn 4-
Double Protect from Aron, Meowstic uses Quick Guard, blocks Rayquaza's Extreme Speed, Mega-Voir uses Hyper Voice and Rayquaza goes down.

Disconnect...

Only memorable because of the scummy Aron. Never thought of that before.

That's actually a very common trick with aron. If you used fake out AND hyper voice on aron he'd go down. They're impossble to kill 1v1 with no burn or hail or mold breaker. Reason why it's so good in the maison.

Aron is best on a sandteam as the sandstorm kills after endeavor.

Battle Spot has always been bad luck, rage quit, and hax BS central. A burn Mega Mawile landed a critical hit on my full health Nidoqueen, which ended up costing me the match.

I've been lucky quite a few times in Battle Spot.

I wish you could have 6v6 battles on Battle Spot... I barely use it because it kind of sucks only being able to pick three in Singles.
I guess it's alright for testing out VGC teams, but I'm kind of sick of VGC format at the moment.

Agreed. Where as 6v6 is more of a team oriented battle, 3v3 is more of a "pick three overused sweepers/megas and see who'll win speed ties!" That's why its so satisfying when I beat someone with my stunfisk
