Hmm. I bred and raised a perfect HA Venusaur yesterday, and while doing so decided that I want to make a sun team. I've picked out Lilligant along with my ready Venusaur, but I'm stuck on deciding the Drought inducer.

Charizard Y seems to be the popular choice, but that takes away a Mega slot and I can't give it a Heat Rock either. Ninetales doesn't have those two problems, but is frail compared to Zard Y and might not be reliable to switch back to for reinitiating the sunlight. What do you guys say?

@Xtremetdifan: I was just telling you my Rain team, I'm not going to have two of them I just can't pick which dragon to have... Garchomp (to come in and deal with any electric attacks) or Noivern (to get the 100% accuracy on Hurricane). For safely bringing Sharpedo in... I'll just make sure to have one of opponents Pokémon weak and use my Pokémon as death fodder and revenge kill it with a Aqua Jet.

Volcarona is good on a rain team. Quiver dancer with hurricane which under rain always hits and can cause confusion is something to fear. It's typing in the rain also stop threats like grass that sharpedo has. A fire type that fully functions in rain AND sun.. volcarona ftw..

Oh that's right, Fire gets boosted in sunlight. Already have a perfect Volcarona too.

Now then, I've got Venusaur and Volcarona at the ready, and am going to breed a Lilligant and Cradily later today. Which reminds me, @Stomatopod17 do you still have an extra HA Lileep?

And I'm still undecided on the sunlight initiator and a 6th member.

Yes I do! (reminds I don't have my 3ds to give right now) I saved a few locked in the bank. They have 2 eggs moves.. stealth rocks (which is impossible for them to learn in gen 6.. I used a TM in 4th gen and transfered one)and recover.

Wouldn't chandelure be devestating in the sun? plus spin blocker

You know with all the talk of weather teams going around I've decided to make my own SAND TEAM.
Sand inducer:Hippowdon
Offense and checks to water/grass weaknesses: Arcanine and Talonflame
Tank:Metagross
Special Wall: MR.DERP! ...for uberz!
Last slot: It's between Aegislash and Scizor but I really want a would counter to dragonite or garchomp so any suggestions?

cryagonal (however it's spelled) maybe? Ice type and spinner.

I'd use tyranitar instead of the sand hippo.. but I know you're probably just wanting something different to use.

Oh right. When do you get it back again? In any case I can wait for something with an unobtainable egg move move this gen.

Hippo is still good, take any hits like a champ, and it also has Slack Off.

I've already made a Sand and Sun Team.

@Xtremetdifan: Hippowdon has Ice Fang, so you don't have to worry about Garchomp and Dragonite.

If that's the case then I'll try the GTS in the meantime and hope I'll get lucky.

Oh, and about Chandelure, I plan to implement mine into the sandstorm team at some point. I just need to make a few tweaks to his moveset.

Whenever I get back I'll give you the egg moves. But meanwhile yeah your best bet is the ever so trusty gts... after about 3 fake ones I eventually got mine.

As you can probably tell, I like to use pokemon I like. wheter theyre good(Talonflame) or...well Mr.Derp. So thanks for the tip and I'm sure mega t-tar is a beast but imma sticking with the hippo. @shadowfox254 I didn't know he learned ice fang, maybe I'll just breed a scythed then and have hippowdon switch into dragons

Hello everyone, I'm trying to complete my pokedex and was wondering if anyone had the following legendaries: Jirachi, Deoxys, Victini, Meloetta, and Keldeo. I really don't care about them much, even if you just want to trade and trade back is fine with me.

I have almost all the other legendaries if you want to trade, my friend code is 2406-5496-3024

Hit me up ASAP if you want to trade

Brexxon

Araquanid

The legendaries you listed are not required to get the shiny charm.

Any event pokemon (Mew, celebi, jirachi, deoxys, darkrai, shaymin, arceus, victini, meloetta, keldeo, and genesect) are not required and your dex will still be counted as completed without them.

Wow. Ran into yet another shiny Vanillite in a hoard. Accidentally killed it though.

Oddly enough I don't care.
