Sadly enough, there is nothing of interest for me on the eshop, but if I had to choose one it would be monster shooter, there are others but I haven't played as long as monster shooter.

Gunman Clive. Only game worth mentioning, all the others are either very overrated, or are just meh..
I know it's down to opinion, but how can you argue any third-party game is more overrated than GC on the eShop other than Mutant Mudds?
GC is a good game, but the level design can be bland at times, and it is extremely short (to the point where I feel it would be too short for even $2 or $3 more). There are many superior games on the eShop, and the only ones I would call overrated are some of the early games like Mutant Mudds and Pushmo (or any ports).

Due to how many titles recieved 4 noms, we have 2 more titles than needed. Which 2 titles (with 4 noms) should be kicked off, so we can get things underway?
I'm thinking Colors! 3D (because it's technically not a game), & Crashmo (because Pushmo is already doing a fantastic job representing the series in this poll), but I want some feedback to be sure.

Even though Colors! 3D is my favorite download from the eShop, I agree with your reasoning for it and Crashmo being excluded.
Remove Pushmo instead of Crashmo. It's a much improved game, and it makes more sense to include.
If I would argue to remove 2 games though, it would be VVVVVV (because it would be awful to have the top eShop game being a stripped-down port) and Cave Story (too many ports, it already clogged up DSiWare)
