Still playing 3DS but will have Switch soon for multiplayer with friends. I miss you guys! Adam, Joni, Gavin and the rest of the Blue Rogues from the Phantasy Star Zero Days.
DOAD is a steal for that $19.99. It's my favorite 3DS fighter (the other I've had is SSFIV3D), and I'd argue it's better than SSFIV3D as well. I've put over 60 hours into it. I don't think they're giving away the SpotPass DLC costumes anymore, but you're getting it at a discount, so it's not a huge loss.
Ace Combat is also good for $19.99. There's tons to unlock, you'll probably play through it at least twice, the 3D is absolutely stunning (especially in cockpit mode), and there's a range of achievements as well. It doesn't have online, but hey, it's only $20 (and it was only $30 when it first came out).
I'll also recommend Tales of the Abyss. It's a fun game that's accessible to RPG newcomers & veterans alike. It's a lengthy experience, with interesting characters (note that I didn't say likable, because Luke is a bit of a spoiled brat earlier on, but his story is still interesting nonetheless), and colorful graphics & world.
Paper Mario: Sticker Star doesn't have a huge discount, but I'll still mention it, because it's a darn fine game. The only people that seem to dislike it are the fanboys that are afraid of change, and go in with a grudge. I've been with PM since the beginning, and this is a great addition to the series.

@rayword45 Yeah, that Best Buy deal is insane. Paper Mario for $20 and Kid Icarus, Layton and Pokemon Black/White 2 for $15 is crazy. Darksiders 2 is a good deal too.

I just got $35 for my birthday (which is $5 & tax less than full price). I'll probably just save up for a week or two & get it at the $40, but if someone's having a sale, even better.
