Is this because of Shovel Knights release? I saw when I googled this code that people were flocking to add funds to down load that game. Is this a repeat of what happened with Pokemon Bank back in December?
Eh...if that was the case, then this would've happened on Thursday. I think it just went down, somehow.

Oh... Well I guess I'll wait until its working to get the games I wanted. I was going to download Denpa-men 3 but I'll just have to be patient I guess.
It seems to be that parts of the eShop are functional, but the general consensus is that adding funds is a no go.
