Topic: Can't purchase certain games listed in eshop

Hi, I have a new 3ds, I live in Australia, and certain games that are in the shop state that 'this title is not available in the eshop' is this normal or should I seek help from Nintendo?

Some games aren't rated for release in Australia, so we can't buy them (unless it gets a physical release elsewhere in Europe).

Another thing (if it's a retail release) is that some games were not released on the eShop when they came out (or the eShop wasn't available upon release yet like with some older games) and they weren't added on later so you can only get them physically.
