To be a dictator over a village full of animal people, and to make money (known as bells) to expand your liar and build stuff by fishing, catching bugs, selling fossils, furniture, fruit, or whatever.

ok, so some of that wasn't 100% true (like the dictator part) but it's really a game I think you need to play to understand.

If the present is heading towards a side that has a cliff you can get it with your net. just after it passes a cliff it lowers enough that you can pop the balloon with your net.

After you get 100% approval. Tortimer talks to you about the Island and 1 day after that you can visit the Island.
