Quarantine Circular (Switch eShop)

We were massive fans of the first game, although somehow the sequel managed to escape review. Here are JJtheTexan's thoughts on the rather timely Quarantine Circular:

It's very similar structurally to Subsurface Circular, which your reviewer loved, but it is an entirely different story and can easily be played from start to finish in one sitting. There's also some good replay value to be had. It's a perfect game for a lazy weekend afternoon, and its plot is shockingly relevant to what's happening in the world right now, even though the PC version released two years ago.

The Last Door - Complete Edition (Switch eShop)

User NotTelevision had this to say about The Last Door - Complete Edition:

I’d recommend checking out The Last Door on Switch because it is an experience that really sticks with you. It was created by The Game Kitchen (the developers behind Blasphemous) and it has a really intriguing Lovecraft-inspired story and atmosphere. It was well reviewed when released for PC, but the Switch version has flown under the radar.

#RaceDieRun (Switch eShop)

NL reader steve_mcsteve thinks there's a game you may have already downloaded for free that deserves to be revisited:

I really don't think #RaceDieRun has been given the attention it deserves. Even though loads of people have gotten it for free from that Christmas promotion, I don't think people have actually played it.

The best way I can describe it is a combination of an F-Zero time trial and Super Meat Boy. It has 60 tracks, and the goal is to reach the finish line while navigating an increasingly ridiculous set of obstacles that will kill you in one hit. It gets difficult to the point of hilarity, and it has a pretty cool aesthetic.

Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise (Switch eShop)

Reader Jeff had this to say about aventure game Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise, a game that SMG Studio CEO Ashley RIngrose recently told us he had been playing:

It's a point and click adventure with a '60s vibe. The puzzles are perfect difficulty (I think I used a walkthrough once), the art style is perfect and the story just the right amount of engrossing.

The Demon Crystal (Switch eShop)

NL reader George recommends a Switch port that you might have missed:

I recommend The Demon Crystal, a port of a Japanese PC game from 1985. It's an early action-RPG where you play as Ares & rescue Princess Chris from the demon Sharud. It’s a side-view Tower of Druaga, complete with required items to get that are hidden away behind obtuse actions, but the Switch version gives hints before each stage, which really helps. It’s just a really fun & addictive little game that still holds up really well. The sequel, The Demon Crystal II: Knither, is also on Switch, but only in Japan.

Also, don't confuse it with Demon’s Crystals.

Wilmot's Warehouse (Switch eShop)

And finally, Reader K_vH has this to say about warehouse mangement puzzler Wilmot's Warehouse:

The perfect game for people who like to order things. I bought this game because of the cute trailer and had no idea how much I would love this game. You are the sole (or in amazing co-op two) block man in charge of a huge warehouse and get wares to store in them. Sounds lame, but it's lots of fun, especially in co-op. This was the first game in ages my girlfriend enjoyed and we had hours over hours of fun with it, finishing it twice. Also, it's dirt cheap.
