Video: 10 Exciting New Games Coming To Nintendo Switch In May 2024

I've already pre-ordered TTYD remake, I'm SO excited! The original is one of the best games of all time, and they're adding so much to it! Nintendo has done justice to this game for sure.

Looking forward for Endless Ocean since I never got to play any of the previous entries and I'm looking for something to relax with.

Animal Well also looks interesting, will keep an eye on it.

I'm interested in a few here... Animal Well, Lorelei, TTYD & Endless Ocean are all candidates for the collection for various reasons. I'll wait to see some reviews though.

Just Paper Mario TTYD & Endless Ocean. The Pac Man game & Lorelei look interesting but I need more info via reviews. That's it, tbf.

TTYD i will grab but ive got too many reservations on EO. This is one i need to see a review for first. The first 2 were good but i want to know how robust the single player is in this game.

Just TTYD for me, preordered it last night from Currys. Somehow lost my GC copy years ago sob so it'll be nice to have it in my collection again.

None, tho as time and my backlog pass, I’m interested to see how endless ocean performs and will eventually pick it up once discounted.

I'm really looking forward to option 3, (8th May). Sounds a bit too on the nose though if it's launching on the same date.

Endless Ocean and Paper Mario please. This is more than enough goodness for the month.

Thousand Year Door, day one. Braid, most definitely (have always wanted to play it). If the reviews stack up, Endless Ocean (need a killer ambient soundtrack). And maybe Animal Well. Always curiously interested about Pac-Man games, but not about Bandai-Namco and their forced user agreements.

But May, overall, looks great! Good gaming options for all. And how cool it is for so many new gamers to experience the brilliance of Thousand Year Door.

Super excited about paper Mario, otherwise nothing for me here. I miss the excitement we had last year with Zelda coming out, Metroid prime remastered dropping out of nowhere, a new 2D Mario game being announced. Tho this has been a good time to work on my backlog and let my wallet recover in anticipation of switch 2

Endless Ocean and Paper Mario in equal measure. Although I am very intrigued by that Pac-Man game as well.

Little Kitty, Big City day one for me. I never played any of the Endless Ocean games, but I may eventually give this one a shot. I own the GameCube original of Thousand Year Door so I’m not rushing to buy the remaster day one, but it will definitely be a future purchase

I own the original Paper Mario and can play it right now if I desire so. But I never finished it, I got lost in it and I rather experience it fresh with quality of life improvements. Gonna get me some beers & pizza on launch and have a great time!

The two games that I know I'm definitely getting next month are Paper Mario and Rainbow Cotton.

For Endless Ocean: Luminous, I'm still waiting on more info on whether or not the single player is any good or not (if it even has one in the first place) and if the framerate and online are actually stable.

For Little Kitty, Big City, I need to find out how well it runs on the Switch before buying it since I don't have a Series X and I doubt my laptop will be able to run this game well.

Endless Ocean on pre-order, might also get Paper Mario. But honestly without weird battle mechanics it's just not the same.

And Little Kitty, Big City looks like a purrfect game. But I might get it on PC. Oh, it's on GamePass... That makes it a lot easier.

I want to know how Biomutant performs on Switch. Seems like something good for on-the-go, or in-bed gaming; but I’d rather get it on PC on sale if the performance is abysmal on Switch.

i will wait for reviews for endless ocean before i think of buying it..

PMTTYD and Endless Ocean for me. That doesn't give me a lot of time to finish Jedi Survivor, which I just started yesterday, but I'll do my best lol

@-wc- I've seen nothing to suggest the battles have changed.
Maybe they are big fans of the more recent Paper Mario games lol

Paper Mario of course... hope Animal Well works out; reminds me of a dark, broody little game on steam called Deep Ones. Not highly reviewed, but i liked the quiet underwater vibes it had.

@-wc- It's a joke, about all the people complaining about Paper Mario Sticker Star or newer. Because of the wacky battle mechanics, which TTYD didn't have.

TBH; I played the GameCube game once on an in-store kiosk back in the day. Back then I didn't really like it. But I might give it another go. Since I do like The Origami King. And I still want to play this one as well.

Behind Paper Mario Little Kitty, Big City is my number 2 pick for sure. Looks very chill and fun.

I'm most certainly getting Paper Mario and Endless Ocean. I am getting Pac-Man Mega Tunnel Battle on PS5, though.

BRAID is the most promising title of the above. Like rainbowtick - I have always thought it to be a very interesting game to play. All other depends on the reviews - there has been a lot of disapointing titels in april (and marts).

I saw Indie Game: The Movie 12 years ago. Happy that with Braid, finally all 3 featured games will be on Switch! (the other 2 are Fez and Super Meat Boy).

yeah, the wacky battles are why i eventually fell out with this series, and I missed out on this one for the most part so I'm excited to play it!

Looking forward to Pacman, it was really fun on Stadia
