More like Umbrella Chronicles, the character you see walking around is your AI partner, not you.

It's a direct sequel to the game Resident Evil : The Umbrella Chronicles. It's in the new Nintendo Magazine in the UK. Also, it's supposed to cover the events from Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield in Resident Evil 2 (and according to the magazine, they're hoping it covers Resident Evil Code Veronica as well). This game will feature mostly what happened to those two and will also involve Chris Redfield as well before the last missions from Umbrella Chronicles. It's also said this game will not have a on-rails feel like the previous game did, so when you are running, the camera view is actually from the character's perspective. I'm not sure how this will work in two player mode but it's looking pretty sweet. And it's going to be a pain in the ass running and gunning if your screen is changing due to running....And this game is more of a focus on teamwork than anything else. I can see them adding Ada Wong into this game somewhere as well...

New : Forgot to mention that they're talking about making a remake of a remake...Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil 1 (both remade for the Gamecube) to be possibly remade for the Wii with updated controls, no news yet on camera angle going to over the shoulder or not though.
