Not sure how much input the management have but I am surprised that they have held on to their positions this generation. I used to buy FF games on day 1, I haven't bought any since 12.

Pandora's Tower is a great game and I really hope it does sell well in the US and region 1 territories. I want the developers to be able to work on some new stuff so please cough up!

This is actually a big deal to me. I am an ex-pat and move around a lot but still basically base in the UK. As such I don't always have a choice as to where the games come from region-wise because it depends on where I am at the time. Not a problem for my Sony consoles but Nintendo is another matter. Also as a former copyright law student there are legal issues with consumers' rights to freely enjoy anything legally purchased, although I don't think anybody has found a decent venue to raise that yet.

I am surprised by the negativity around this title. I haven't played very far into the game yet but I have loved what I have played so far and it also feels like a game that could only really work on the Wii because of the chain mechanics. Also, comparing this to Xenoblade and The Last Story is fairly pointless since they are basically completely different genres - this is more like a Devil May Cry / God of War game but with more pronounced RPG features. Definitely recommended in my opinion.

This game is great fun and I'm not even a racing fan. I'd maybe have given it a 9 myself.

Wow, a lot of negativity in the comments about this. I've loved both of the New Super Mario Bros games so I'm looking forward to this one too.

Might sound like a strange question but does anybody know if the arcade or story mode single player "campaigns" will have endings for the characters? I normally like some sort of reward at the end of arcade to keep me playing single player in fighters and it was one of my few criticisms of DOA Dimensions.

Rising Star are one of the best publishers in Europe, great news!

Read a few of the defences of DLC on here and I'm still not convinced. I'd rather they made a game then moved on to the next one rather than constantly adding to things. These days as well it seems like DLC is announced for many games before they're even released and certainly where Blu Ray is concerned they could fit them on the initial disc. All just seems to be to make more money and then follow it up with the inevitable (complete) Game Of The Year Version. I know it's a business but as a consumer, to me, it's a rip-off and the games industry seems to be going the same way as the movie industry with endless special editions, director's cuts etc.

Have they confirmed it as a Nintendo title? Seems more likely to be another Blood Omen installment to me.

I hate DLC. I preferred the days when we just bought a game we wanted, took it home and played it. Now the full game is only possible after downloading patches, extra levels and costumes and stuff. I always think that I may want to go back and play some of my old games in 10 years or something and that's going to be harder if bits of them are missing due to not having the downloaded stuff or valid unlock keys / saved harddrive installs etc. anymore. One of the reasons I love the Wii is because you get what you pay for with the games at the outset.

I don't like FPS games on anything other than the Wii, just find them too claustrophobic in the way that it's often annoying trying to figure out where shots are coming from using analogue sticks. Wiimote frees it up and massively improves the games for me.

Coming to Europe in 2015.....? Well hope it makes it over anyway.

Having said that, whenever I buy a new console the price seems to drop about a month or two later.....

After some effective shopping around I paid about that much anyway so I guess I'm not too fussed!

@20 Probably a bit late with this comment but did Reggie really say Disaster wasn't worth the money? It was a pretty good game that maybe needed a little more investment but was fun all through.

Well the official website looks like it's still being updated and says coming in 2011 so it seems to be up and running. Hope it doesn't end up like Super Meat Boy.....

These games are available in the EU now but I couldn't find part 2 in any of the usual UK stores and sites. Got mine from Amazon France.

I'm quite liking it so far, and I'm not finding the camera any worse than loads of other games out there. I couldn't get on with the camera in Kingdom Hearts.

Finally! But I've lost a bit of interest in this over the wait so I may just wait a bit more and get the portable version when I finally get a 3DS.

@27 Soulsilver regarding swapping out your component cable - have you tried turning the interlace mode off? I had a similar problem where I couldn't run NES, SNES and MD games on my HD TV through a component cable but then I turned off interlace mode and it works fine. It sounds strange to do - you have to press the home button then hold down Z on the nunchuk and A on the remote and then press 2 (I think). You'll here a pinging sound if it's done right. I know it sounds like an old cheat code but it did really work!

Would Nintendo object to them doing some sort of disc-on-demand thing? Like having it available through mail order or a website? Might cut down some production / distribution costs and I suspect most of the interest in this is online anyway rather than through people browsing in stores. But yes I think I would buy this on disc.

Well aside from the demos there's only one thing for Wii which is a bit lame. And the demoed games I'd be interested in I've already bought anyway!

So maybe a 2012 release for the EU then.....

Wish whoever's behind the delay in releasing this in Europe would sort it out because I'm coming close to just downloading the freeware version now.
