idk about the other games, but here they don't seem to be really animals so much as they are people with extra parts here and there and a full-on beast form in battle.

That said, I'd wonder how far down you can dilute the Taguel/Manakete blood before they no longer showed characteristics of non-humanity out of beast form and were no longer able to use a stone to transform in battle. The gene could be dominant, but it's a fifty-fifty chance when one of the parents is (an assumedly pure-blooded) Taguel or Manakete. If the kid gets married to a human with no Taguel or Manakete in their bloodline, that chance drops to one in four, y'know? :3

@Happy_Mask: sorry, I've always seen 'trash talk' used to rattle or jar the other guy(s) mentally, to make them nervous or overly angry thinking about the nasty things that've been said to or about them, and thus maybe screw them up during a game of whatever is being played. it's not 'nice' in any way, shape, or form, and it's not a foundation upon which to build a healthy community of any sort IMO.

@Ideal_Hero: I was my own mage up until I picked up Tharja and Henry; I just didn't use them a lot in the early chapters. I'm on Normal and I'm not playing Classic, so that might have something to do with why I was able to survive without him, lol. My husband is using Miriel, though, I think he said he's pairing Gregor with her. :3

@WingedFish: I love love love Tharja~ I just hitched her to Lon'qu. Definitely excited to pick up her kid, but I've been working on getting all the parents I use regularly paired off before I move on to picking up their kids. Henry and Olivia definitely have some fun conversations together, i think they'll be married by tonight. Maribelle and Donnel were kinda predictable, and Nowi and Libra make an odd couple for sure. I don't really think I like Nowi's support convos, she's too childish, but I've gotta marry her with someone I guess. I'd put her with Ricken, but i never used him and now he's all the way back with the other mage-lady i also never used, lol (i forget her name off top of my head D: )

I think i'm'a go male next playthrough and marry Tharja... I wonder how our conversations will differ with my gender being different next time around.

@fzerofan: I'm sorry your Wii U was stolen. I hope you've filed a police report, I'm afraid that's the only way Nintendo will work with you to restore your eShop account and purchased games. Other than that, I think ShadJV has a good idea to try contacting your insurance company to see if they cover items stolen from your car (they also may require a police report, though it doesn't hurt to ask). Not to restart the same old tail-chasing argument that usually happens whenever anyone gets wind of the words 'video games' and 'art' being used in the same sentence, but

(a) Art isn't really in the eye of the creator; one man's crap is another man's mindblowing statement about life, the universe, and everything
(b) It's in the nature of Japanese culture for people to be humble about their own work and allow others to praise it fully.

'Art' is too subjective a term, and if he doesn't want it applied to his games by his subordinates, that's his call to make, but he can't stop anyone else from saying (or awarding things) as they please. Either way, congratulations to him on the award~
