the eshop could be the wii u trump card. it could be a beast. nintendo has a couple of months to build up the eshop before the new xbox or ps htis the markets. if ninty builds the eshop over the next couple of months then they can swing the momentum back into their favor. they already have things going with the 3ds so im assuming that they can get the wii u flowing in the right direction..

@SkywardLink98 what do u mean. i would love to play a great wii u fifa game, but if they gonna give us crap to play like how they try to do with the wii versions then i am no fool and i won't throw money to play a garbage game. devs can say this and that but the final product says a lot and i am not blowing 50 dollars or so on a copy and paste game. but a great offering then yes

i must agree schizor its a really lame excuse. am i disappointed no not really. i kind of seen it coming. the pes series on the wii was much better than the fifa offerings. well its their decision and if the whole wii u thing turns around im sure they will be back in the future.

i think nintendo is seeing a change in the market. i think they are looking at mobile gaming and saying why can't we get in on this. they have been a lot of talk about indie developers bringing games to the wii u eshop. i could be wrong but if the big publishers don't wanna make games for your system then i say go another route and see if that can work for you in the long run. the wii u can still be succesful doing it their own way. we've seen it done with the wii. then we saw sony and microsoft do the same thing nintendo was doing. so if nintendo gets out in front of the next gen crowd first and lead it their way then maybe they can find a new market that hasn't been tapped before.. a lot will be told during the next couple of months leading up to the holiday season

im back lads. haven't posted anything on here for a couple of months. but i will be playing ssf4 for the 3ds and for the 360.. also gonna get fifa 13 for the pc tomorrow. yes i know its been out for a long time but gonna put some work in on it. and also some doctor mario for the ds its an oldie but a goodie..

xenoblades is simply awesome. a classic. if you haven't played xenoblades yet get it and enjoy the ride. its good to see a game on a nintendo console that has great quality... glad its gamers choice game of the year for the wii..

damn it imma finally finish up xenoblades. lol i always say that. maybe play some touch the dead, very nice game. gotta finish up those two games before i head for bootcamp.

this is good to see that a dev is taking time to update its game, making improvements, making the customer happy. and this is a good look for nintendo, keeping the dev happy and being able to have this level of control is good. lets hope they keep up this continued partnership.

wow. im surprised u gave it a 6 out of 10. ea is really screwing the nintendo crowd when it comes to fifa games. they just want us to buy up anything that they push out at us. the same game, the same experience thats on the other two platforms. well im sure it will still sell a lot of units on the wii u. but im hoping that konami brings a better football game to the wii u hopefully next year. i won't be giving ea any of my money anytime soon.

just make a great game. thats all i ask. it don't have to have motion controls or have to use the tablet. just make a great game. if u wanna port borderlands to it then ok, just don't say it wasn't something that hit u. i swear devs piss me off. all u have to do is make a great game and hopefully it sells.

the wii u. hmm what can i say about it so far from the reviews ive read. the verdict is still out on it for me. im not sold as yet. with the wii the controls revolutionize gaming. wii the wii u the game is suppose to continue on that same path but devs havent found a way to do it yet. maybe give them a year or so. so maybe this guy is right that hes sorta baffled by it. but the wii u will sell like hot cakes im not doubting that..

this storage issue is not good. well i have multiple external harddrives. but how are you trying to give people an incentive into downloading and the storage is so damn small. here what im thinking, with the wii you couldn't play dvds on it, and then it was ummm made some way to play dvds. this is looking to be the same way on the wii u. someone will find a way to play games straight from an external hard drive. im not saying it right or wrong. im just saying that someone out there might get creative as usual..

achievements are cool. if nintendo doesn't wanna have acheivements first hand on their console and just leave it up to the developers thats fine in my book. lets hopes the devs bring great games. thats all i care about really.. no watered down crap..

i played this game right after i played the game moon for the ds. pretty good game. the ds did have a good collection of games.

xbox and ps3 games been 60 for ever. well wii u games for $60 isn't too bad to me. but i won't be picking up a lot software at that price, i might wait for a lower price point on games, either by picking them up second hand. today $60 is the norm, and ninty has a right to place their software at what ever price they see fit. this shouldn't really be a big surprise to anyone. lets see how people feel about this in a couple of months..

price cut. the only way the wii u is seeing a price cut is if its not selling up to par. i don't see a price up happening. if only i could get that job, get up in the morning put on a suit and a smile and spin my crystal ball and see what crap to say. but at least hes not saying the wii u will fail, but wait im sure thats coming next week. every preview that i've see so far has on wii u games has been positive. so lets see how it goes

we all know that the price has got to be right when it first hit store shelves. anything above $350 dollars wont sell, but the sweet spot is from $249-300 in my opinion. the wii u has got to bring it, i mean have all the bells and whistles. the online infrastucture has got to be solid, the third party games has got to be solid, and the first party is always solid for ninty. i really wanna hear devs during interviews say yes my game is coming for all systems including wii u. i also wanna see some fresh ideas. if the wii u can deliver on all of that then it will do just fine.

trailer is okay. and trust me that pes been way better than fifa on the wii. lets hope fifa is a whole lot better on the wii u. fifa on the wii has gone from a great game to crappy casual game. pes has always kept it sim based. so lets see.

249 sounds just right for the wii u. heck even 300 isn't bad for the system seeing that most poeple drop 200 and upwards for new cell phones that lasts for maybe 3 years the most. so lets hope they don't drop the bomb on us and charge us 600 for it. but i don't think ninty would go that high.

well if games is priced over $30, or close to $50 i will wait a couple of months and maybe find them in the used isle or lower priced around $20. times is rough and i don't need any game that bad right now to pay absurd prices.

price is a lil high for me. i thought making games downloadable would decrease the price of games. this is all about stopping piracy and protecting the bottom line. this has nothing to do with giving consumers the best deal. retail is all the same no matter what a company is selling.

some people looked at the wii and saw games where you had to flail your arms around and got the wrong idea about it. so many devs wasn't trying to get crazy with the motion controls when simplicity was always the way to go. so then they stop developing certain titles for the wii. the controls are there, im guessing people just need to see certain games that are upcoming say wii u also

Didnt the wii have a classic controller and didnt the wii also have the gamecube controller. And i must say the eii mote and nunchuck was one of the best controllers i have ever used. It has all got to do with power. Devs want more and more power. So lets stop kidding ourselves.
