For all you people saying you haven't played the previous games, if you played Scribblenauts Unlimited then you HAVE played the previous games. It's the same thing only better.

@SheldonRandoms People have already told them that in the last reviews and they continue to shovel the same game without improving what obviously needs to be improved. I doubt they'll listen.

@ouroborous This game is far from perfect, as 99% of us would agree. The one-use sticker thing and lack of EXP are crippling, as now they have taken from the player all incentive to battle other than the occassional sticker drop.

Not to mention not being able to choose an enemy. What's up with that?!

I looked for a review of the 3DS version way back when it launched, but I could not find any. Did you guys not get a review copy?

I've never heard of this until just now. Apparently this is a famous game? And it's on the eShop? Didn't even see it on the eShop but okay.

Why in the world did Miyamoto decide to only have them use original characters?! The only original characters Nintendo has are goombas, Koopas, Peach, Bowser, and Toads, Toads, Toads. Oh, and did I mention Toads?

That was a terrible decision, Mr. Miyamoto.

No wonder it's set at this price. The app is huge! A ton of time and effort must have been put into this. Bought.

And too complicated? It's simplier, if anything. Everything is shared and linked to an email account. There. What was so complicated about that? You do that all the time when you sign into a website. The web sige is there for everyone to use, but you can sign in and have your own account.

So the only real complaint is its familiarity? That's great, as I've never even played a Paper Mario game before! It's not that I didn't want to, it's just that I've never had the chance. I'm going to thoroughly enjoy this.

I saw all of this in some recent Did You Know Gaming posts.

I think at this point, all Nintendo really needs to do is release a new game in modern graphics with online play and fans will be happy. I mean, Captain Falcon has been in every Smash Bros. and even had his own stage in Brawl! Wasn't there a reason for that? Yes there was. Because people like him, and want to see him in a new game. His OWN new game.

You'd think they'd actually want to correct all that was wrong with the first game instead of piling on more of the same.

Anyway, as an employee we all got to take a Mario home with us. There aren't any other ones in our store at the moment, though.

NintendoLife has always done an amazing job of bringing us news, trailers, talking points, etc. Every piece of news I've seen has been worded very carefully to be opinion-free (except for reviews of course, because those are all about opinions), so I don't believe any companies are influencing this site. I hope it stays this way too, because I very much appreciate the hard work you guys pour into this site.

@nindocrash If you're talking about about the 3DS in general and not just the XL (you didn't specify) then Ninty has already made three Mario-themed special edition 3DS's.
