So the result is kingdom hearts III being only for Xbox one and PS4 because people would call the Wii u version of the same game inferior and not sale just for missing a few shaders.
I love kingdom hearts but one game isn't enough for me to invest on a second console, I would the same for Wii u if I only liked legend of Zelda.
Its a shame that the mass media and consumers really think that brand named, high-end hardware, and rendering software is strictly required to enjoy great games. So much so that it somehow degraded into a tier system when it comes to games and systems. This is true when games released in past generations where some where considered the best of all times until the next generation comes and now the best of it's gen are ranked behind some games ‘that clearly shouldn't be there's but are there because it newer‘. But now it's gotten ridiculous when same gen games and systems are pitted against each others to see which is better or inferior by raw spec, and graphical details, we get so caught in it that it unfairly effects the game and the system it's on, in some cases, the bias of some people makes them believe that one game is better than the other when they think it's running on different Systems
I think that what the 3DS could be hindering the Wii u version is the character customization as it's the only known cross platform feature, who knows.
Wat!? Ninlamedorkz is not Giving us dayone DLC (which is mainstream sh*tz) but instead they want to create a WHOLE PRODUCT!?!? Soooo last generation! Only Nintendon't do what Microsoft does! I was bored but I do like true DLC that adds new contents long after the game's release.
I'll give a slight nod to Sony for their customers friendly decisions in a world where breathing seems the only thing that's still free, but I can't say the same for most of their games and the way there made to appeal to the degenerates who called themselves hardcore gamers. I am tired of seeing developers getting praised and rewarded for trying to emulate worst of our unstable society and pass it off as entertainment to these people who are too cowardly to commit the violence themselves. I just want to take my mind off of our harsh reality and enter a surreal virtual world that's different and much less gruesome to our own, but this just makes me and some of you here, just stationery pebbles against a raging river which will make it harder to find and enjoy games. When the day that Nintendo and others that make games like them gets swept away is the day that I die as a gamer. Otherwise I usually ignore the trends that people are into these day and see what the only sane videogame company in the world has to announce.
@3DGamerDude Im not a fan of the series either, unfortunately I cant say the same about my older sister. I can already see her robbing my Wii u and demand me to join! Do you know what's it like dancing with the devil that forgets to ware the remote strap!?
correct me if im wrong but would this Zelda game be the first polygon rendered 3d game to run in 60 fps? @ollietaro while playing the 3DS demo, if you roamed or view in certain areas in the frozen wastland, the game runs close to 60 fps. The opposite happens in my Wii u version Which is very odd giving the hardware differences.
Wow... Never expected this! This just gave me some hope that some of the majority of gamers weren't complete mindless sheep and realize whats micro$oft doing is unacceptable. This made my day
@GamerJunkIe Im not giving you reasons why Wii u games are superior, I understand as to why you don't like the games or if it's on a different system you own, this is expected as we have different tastes on what we enjoy from games, for me newer Mario platform and all but one of the spinoffs are my least favorite Nintendo games right now, except for mario kart. But there other games that I still love that on this system and not on others.
your right that Wii u is a crappy console compared to Xone, ps4, and definitely PC. But that's not stopping me from purchasing the U, I don't care if others have epic hardware specs, better software and social media, I'm looking for games that interests me, not the console.
as for nintendo adding extra power and non gaming features like Miiverse , TVii and streetview, this was nintendo's way of saying "ok we increased the power and shoehorned the mulimedia and social features in, now will you shutup and buy our damn games!?"
@GamerJunkie We can definitely agree that graphics are needed in games, otherwise we be playing games that looks like the Mario kart Wii intro. But graphics can only do so much in a videogame alone without gameplay, it's like staring up close to a ultra detailed brick wall, looks good and nothing else. That's why we need a balance between the two. Just like mom's special fried chicken, gameplay should be the soft juicy meat and the graphics is the thin crunchy flavorful crust, when eaten together it's the perfect meal, unfortunately because of how tasty the crust is, the industry is overcooking the chicken for a crunchyer, stronger flavored crust but it also dries out the meat, causing gamers just to eat the dry crust, powerful but shallow experience. Of course there needs to be an oven(the console) to make the chicken, we know that there's a whole range of ovens, there cheap ovens that just heats up and there others that have the most of the fanciest of the bells n whistle for a fortune, but I just want something that can cook chicken well for a reasonable price which I choose Nintendo Wii u for it new and retro features support.
The game industry is dying, with a thunderous applause.
We know it's happening when the VERY game industry that Nintendo saved it's ass from becoming a victim of the crash is now trying to criticize and even attack Nintendo for avoiding as much as possible of these hideous trends (DLC's, monthly payments, overly deep social integration, freemium, hardware or brands comparison, some of the few examples). In reality, the industry is just digging a massive hole for it's grave away of the ideal gaming idea which Nintendo and others like it are still holding on to like a tree branch over a pit (IT BURNS!)
@Ackmans don't assume that most of those games and developers from EA are automatically bad, that's like saying Criterion who ported the excellent NFSMW are horrible. The top leaders and some others should get the hate, not the ones who are just working to support themselves.
Reactant@ don't worry about what others say about the Wii U, as long as we have this wonderful community and many others like this, Nintendo truly has nothing to worry about. let the haters hate us while were busy enjoying games!
Here's a cute story I made People are like hungry birds in the park and the big corporation is the old lady who throws bread at them, bread easily fills the bellies and very easy to get as long as the old lady visit. Some birds tried the bread and they liked it! Others saw this easy meals and they love it as well, in no time All but a few abandoned the seeds and berries diet just for bread. For the old lady, she enjoy the fun and attentions of the birds begging for her to feed them more bread. One day the old lady no longer visited for some reason, maybe she got sick or she lost interest of the birds and now feeds the goldfish. The birds where used to eating easy meals from the old lady, most didn't go back to eating seeds because they didn't look or taste like bread. Unfortunately for those birds they FAINTED from slow painful starvation while the seeds and berries eaters gained EXP's and lived on with their lives. Unfortunately many people (not just gamers) are those bread birds and it's only a matter of time before their ways will backfire severely. I could probably explain this wall of text better but it's too long as is.
Anybody having problems downloading Tank! Tank! tank? It took my Wii U hostage twice with perpetual loading screens, both tries ended in download corruption.
hey guys, my finger is lingering over the purchase button for Nano Assault Neo at the Wiiu eshop, is the game really worth it? right now i have $8.99 which is my last spending money for a while, so should i go Nano Assault or Super Mario world?
@devilwaffle Unless you know the Song of time, that match will be the last event you will ever see once La Mascara use his signature move "La Luna". Well enjoy the crushingly awesome match!

@GN004Nadleeh <(^~^)>© ←here's a cookie!
I hope this user is just trolling to mess with us, because majority of today's generation of games really have this mentality, increasingly worse than any past generations.
Today's way of judgment for products are: How fast is this?, How many cores it has, whats the texture resolution? How much violence?, Is this what cool people are playing? If something don't meet those demand, even -slightly-,it will get rejected with support from ignorance.
Here's a cute story I made
