Achievements work well on Xbox360 because Microsoft cracks down on cheaters. Sony doesn't do anything to stop the save hack cheaters & trophy teams thereby making the trophy system a joke.

Xbox360achievements.org is a great site who treats their members with respect. Ps3trophies.org has a reputation of disrespecting their new members and having a staff which acts elitist. There's many trophy-related websites like trophiesonpsn.com that is competing well versus ps3trophies.org

Wii will likely have its share of achievement website competition should they choose to have achievements.
