what are the conditions for publishing a wii ware title? doesn't nintendo exercise some kind of quality control to prevent customers being effectively ripped off?

wish there was a way to try before you buy wii ware then companies would never consider publishing such dross

there is no way in hell i am going to buy this as retail product - i will not pay 3 times the US download price out of principle! it might be 10/10 game but i am not going to be taken for a mug thank you. i'll wait for it to bomb and then they will have to make it available for wiiware.

..and now i see there is no intention to release as WiiWare only on disk in Europe what a crock of s**t - so basically we get ripped off for 3 times the Wiiware price!

no i wont!! will not buy now out of principle whether its 10/10 game or not!
