Interesting to see all of them in retrospect. I really liked the Gamecube controller. The Wii remote worked out great too. I really hope the Wii U controller turns out to be something legendary. We'll find out soon!

Its not an absolute must for Mario to be at launch in my opinion, because Mario simply isn't special to a system launch anymore. For example, a new Mario is out for a new system, so what? We just had a new Mario game last year. The significance of a new Mario game is much different now than it used to be. If Nintendo can have a strong launch lineup, including a mix of their other franchises, good third party support, and an original new game, they can do just fine. Also I love the Gamecube, probably my favorite game system ever

Sora's voice seemed different to me at first but after the 9 minutes was up I got used to it. That last minute really gets me hyped up for this game, can't wait!

I got the Wii one year later, in 2007. It was the first game system to really get everyone in my family to play together. I have great memories of Christmas day playing non-stop with everyone.

I'll be playing Super Mario 3D Land, Batman Arkham Asylum, and The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword!

This is really disappointing, after playing Uprising I was already hoping for a sequel since I really loved the characters. It would be a shame if Kid Icarus made a big comeback only to be forgotten again. I'm wondering why Sakurai was so short about it. Oh well. Let's just hope another Nintendo team picks the series back up sometime in the future.

I loved Kid Icarus Uprising! Best game I've played in a while! The characters, story, music, gameplay, it was all amazing! I really hope it gets a sequel on Wii U, and like others have said Kid Icarus has a lot of potential to become one of Nintendo's front line series. Let's just hope Nintendo makes this happen.

It would be nice for a new Mario game to draw inspiration from something other than Super Mario Bros. 3, its been done over and over again now.

I would love for a re-imagining of Super Mario Bros. 2. Its probably the most unique Mario game, and it would definitely add variety to all the new Mario games coming out lately.

I guess I'm just going to be more excited for Animal Crossing, Paper Mario, and Luigi's Mansion 2 on 3DS. I'm going to end up getting this I'm sure, but its just not anything new. This will be a good Mario game, no doubt, but probably not an amazing one.

While I'm pretty disappointed, I've noticed some people speculating if Wario might be in this game, taking a hint from the golden enemies in the screen shots. If this is true, this might not be so unoriginal after all.

I'm just not impressed, I also think Nintendo is capable of so much more, and the New Super Mario Bros. games have been nothing but playing it safe, with little creativity or originality. So now that Super Mario 3D Land has done it, are we expected to think of something as "New" if they bring back an item? First the Tanooki suit and now Raccoon Mario? Yeah no.

I like seeing the snapshot of the player sitting in the mayor's office, interesting. Tom Nook being replaced is mixed feelings from me, the new furniture looks cool though. Anyways, this game is one of the reasons I got a 3DS, can't wait

Yay for Kirby! Although I'm curious why they aren't waiting until 25 years rather than 20, but oh well. Super excited for this Wii collection. I'm hoping Kirby 64 and Kirby Air Ride are on this!

If they do this right, it can be good. I don't have a problem with there being another New Super Mario Bros. game, although the brand isn't my favorite. What I have a problem with is that there could be 2 New Super Mario Bros. games released in the same year, which would be ridiculous. If it was just this game, and then something different for the Wii U, it wouldn't be as big of a deal. Considering though, that the New Super Mario Bros. games really don't differ from each other much, going from this game to the Wii U one will feel very more of the same. I just hope the one on Wii U is creative, and doesn't use this brand name, because that would be a big mistake on Nintendo's part.

I'm finishing Kid Icarus Uprising this weekend

I love Kingdom Hearts, never got into The World Ends With You though, I'd like to see a sequel on 3DS!

Yay for Kid Icarus in the top 10! Wish it was higher, but I'm glad it's at least up there. Can't wait for Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, obviously its selling great over in Japan, so excited!

Can't say I'm not disappointed, its a brand new HD system and Nintendo decides to play it safe with this? How is that supposed to show case the power of the Wii U? Mario has always either launched a new system or came around later to raise the bar for what it can do and what's expected. Unless its completely different from what the demonstration was last year, there's nothing to be excited about with this one.

Should be great! I'm glad Pikmin is getting a 3rd game in the series, its going to look awesome in HD.

I'm hoping for something that surprises us all, Mario needs the wow-factor that hasn't been around since 2007's Super Mario Galaxy.

I hope its something completely new. If they do decide to go for a sequel, I just want a Super Mario Galaxy 3, just so it can be in HD, either that or release 1 and 2 in an HD remake sometime in the future. I really hope its NOT New Super Mario Bros. Mii, I'm done with that brand, it definitely wouldn't give anyone a wow factor for a new system. @themariobloggie, Super Mario Sunshine 2 sounds like a great idea! I'm fine with a good sequel to either Galaxy or Sunshine if they can change it up a lot, but the best bet for Nintendo is to do something new and creative.

There hasn't been a Mario game I haven't liked, I think just in the past year or two, its gotten a little clustered with the releases. I wish they wouldn't announce a new Mario for 3DS already, we just had one, and the New Super Mario Bros. Mii game I really hope is just a demo and not a full game. Mario doesn't need a break, he just needs to give us some space. Let the other franchises shine, and for once I don't want to see Mario at a system release, as in the Wii U this year.

I love Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World, but Super Mario Galaxy might just be the best Mario yet. We could really be in a Super Mario renaissance.
