I can definitely understand where Lab Zero is coming from here. I want to make things clear: I LOVE Nintendo, the Wii U is awesome, and I'm sure that sales for it will pick up in the future. But here's the thing: Lab Zero is in a position where they REALLY need to play it safe. Like, they've gotten a great deal of support, especially with their recent indiegogo campaign for adding new characters and content (I was a contributor myself!), but they're still on really turbulent waters as far as having stable footing in the industry goes, and after the recent, narrowly-avoided disaster with some petulant donaters and PayPal, I can definitely understand them wanting to play it ultra-safe. I guess what I'm saying is, don't automatically assume that because they're hesitant to support the Wii U at the moment, that they hate Nintendo, or are snobs, or that their game is automatically not worth playing because of that. And to be clear, the game is SOOOOO much more than just fanservice.

Man, I hope that they go beyond volume 4. I'd love to have books that go into the history of the systems past the NES and Game Boy (especially the SNES)!

Cripes, it's amazing how people already seem to be thinking Sega's gonna go off the rails just because of the possibility of a new Storybook game. I'm still astounded by the level of hatred the 'Hog has gotten since the end of the Genesis days (though I will concede that Sonic '06 and the Shadow game sucked), but watcha' gonna do. If this does turn out to be true, I'm definitely interested in where they take it.

Well, since I kinda doubt now that my comment in the FFVI review will be read, I'll just go ahead and pose the same question here as I did there.
I gotta ask: I've already got the GBA port of FFVI (though I haven't gotten too far in it yet), so should I still get the SNES version as well? From what I understand, the SNES version has better music and sound quality, but the GBA port is better-translated (though, from what I've gathered, both scripts are good, it's just that the SNES version has more Woolsey-isms). I'm thinking I might just buy this version, play through it, and then later play the GBA version, but I'm not sure. Should I?
