Since its announcement in 2010, their target date has always been 2012. I've been following Level-5--news and whatnots--and it seems that there is no delay on the release They even said so at the TGS 2011. There's not much news about the game though besides trailers and screenshots but still I'm really excited for it to come I'll be preordering as soon as its available xD
