I agree its a classic...but ehhhh, it never grabbed me...Ocarina of Time is my favorite...after playing that this game can suck it!

I agree it was a great NES shooter...I owned it for many years and beat it a number of times...but I still think it is quite boring to play through. Shooters never looked as good on the NES as they did on later consoles.

I had the one for the original gameboy...bought this a month ago, this game is SOO awesome. Go Figure, a week or two after I bought the NES version the release the Arcade version on the VC...oh well this game still kicks butt

LOL...yea this was the only game i had for A LONG TIME on the NES back in the day...Back in 89 when I got the NES the system came with SMB... One XMAS some relative bought me this game, MAN I HATED IT, no fun at all! Terrible game

WOW...I really love playing this game. Its a game that I can play for a few minutes or even longer then stop. The only version I have ever played was the NES one so I am unaware of the "lost gameplay" that other people mention. ummm I thoroughly enjoyed this and ALL the other DK VC releases.

I love almost ALL the Sonic games to death. I can't understand why people think 2 was better than this...3 was when they took all the building ideas for the series and then added more to it. It feels really weird playing these games without a genesis controller though. Won't be buying this because i have the Sonic Mega Collection for the PS2 so yea...but I can't think of better VC to get if you don't already have it. (maybe VectorMan)

FANTASTIC SONIC GAME...not the best, but not the worst. Terrible review I remember getting this for the Game Gear and loving every bit of it. It also allowed Sonic to start his super run while standing...kinda like the super spin but standing up.
