These rules are a problem. If you have to get up early for your job you don't want to stay up late to download a game. Also, forcing this rule on adults is just plain stupid. Any kid could take the controller to their room and buy it in the morning. That rule doesn't solve any problem, it just creates inconvenience and money loss for the devs. With proper parenting this wouldn't be needed.
But still, it's not censorship just a failed attempt at protecting children. Saying "f... germany" or stuff like that is just plain stupid.

I'm from Germany and I've never heard of this law. This is just ridiculous... How come no other service has to abide to it?
