I guess is the kind of game you don't get any idea till you try it...

But still, at the E3 treehouse, could they have put some proper demonstrator instead of someone who had no clue how to correctly move the thing? Live it looked very akward and crappy.... good to know that is not like that...

Still, I wonder how this concept could evolve into a complete game...

What piss me the most is that the developer, after liking our butt about how fancy WiiU version will be, that the gamepad is definitely full of potential, blablabla, they just come out with this decision, not even considering the results of their poll, without no words, no excuses, no offers like free DLCs or discounts or free beta versions... nothing.... I feel just threated like secondary citizen...

@Nintenjoe64 Yep but doesn't sound legitimate to me, considering that the initial development was on Xbox360, Ps3 and WiiU... they then drop the last gen ones to move to PS4 XB1.... so, the WiiU version should be under development for almost 3 years now...

One reason could be your cospiracy theory (I start to believe...) plus the fact the WiiU owners seems to consider mainly everything with mario or link in it (see the hype for Hyrule warriors... a spin-off of dinasty warrior game semi-unknown in the west, now became the most hyped game ever).
Other reason could be the bunch of WiiU titles for this fall-winter.... they would like to hit a more empty window, which I hope will be January...

PS: Maybe they should announce a Mario or DK Livery for your car... or the possibility to have Princess Zelda as umbrella-girl.... then people will buy the game wholesale...

"Very very bad news you delayed the WiiU version.... we were a lot of enthusiast WiiU owners waiting for a great racsim on our console, and now you betray us like that.... check the poll, you are going to delay the version with more buying intents..... thank you very much... "

That's what I wrote on the poll site:

cmon guys, let them hear our disappointment.... I hope at least we will get some extra feature or discount price for having let us down!

pfffff.... this sucks....

ok the busy WiiU Autumn, ok everything, but holy f**k. I hate this trend, I hope at least we will get the definitive version and not a castrated one.... I will still get it day one, but I am very piss, because, with bayonetta, it was the title I was waiting so long....

So my fears have been partially confirmed... It s a zelda/dinasty fanboys catcher... I think i ll give a try on the original warrior orochi (less than 20 bucks) and if i ll like it, i ll think about this one.... Not d1 of course.

Concerning supporting developers, i agree, but let me support people who is doing new games, such project cars and devil third, not mod at low framerate and bad graphics for ninty fanboys...

@TheRealThanos same thoughts here too about project cars.... Everyone is crying for the lack of decent third parties... Then when a studio gives special care to a wiiu version, a lot of "meh, but, if...." I Start to think that we r getting what we deserve.... Anyway, i ll support project cars and slightly mad studios by getting it at d1

Dunno.... I've never played a Dynasty or Warrior game before..... but I am not full convinced about the gameplay.... expecially the AI quality... is it a matter of difficulty level or the enemies are kind of unconscious statues around the player all the time? I've never really seen, in any gameplay video, this horde of enemies charging the player.... they all the time look like staring at you, contemplating how pretty you are and how they look ugly..... Hope a demo will be released..... need to try it first....or anyone here is a fan of this series and could comment about the difficulty level?

The 2 Shiggy projects weren t so good at all... I would have shown more starfox and Zelda and less of that.... I also believe N must relieve on new and younger game designers and less on the "old glories".... See Splatoon and its hype...

I still wonder why some nintendo fans feel the urge to justify such games on his consoles like they are some weird sins... God bless diversity.... I hope this game will sell well and be amazing online

Havin a blast in co op with this game with my girlfriend.... Totally disagree with the score and the overall tone of the review... I find well worth the price and very enjoyable playing together, friendly fire is allowed, so tons of yelling and laughing by our mistakes...

@markybbop sorry to say but what you r saying is not completely true...

Ubisoft declared not so far ago that Nintendo platforms contributes globally to their income about 3%.... which is very bad....

No wonder they keep releasing the only brands that actually sells on the platform -> Just Dance... (and here is me facepalming...)

So, let's say, we as user-base have our personal share in the lack of 3rd parties, haven't we?

@electrolite77 exactly.... Is not that EA skips WiiU cos Nintendo has stinky feet... We should at least presume that also N made its own faults in the game....

And I don't understand all this hate towards Ubisoft.... the only developer which sustained WiiU since the launch time.... while Nintendo was still in velvet from the Wii success.... Let's remember that at launch Nintendo was present with NintedoLand (a bit more then a merely tech demo about the gamepad) and NSMBU (essentially a porting of a porting of a porting).... The only "muscles" have been shown by Ubisoft, with the excellent ZombieU and later with Rayman (the WiiU version is the definitive one) and the "evil" EA, with Fifa 13 and Mass Effect 3....

It is nor the gamepad or the price the problem of WiiU...

Major problems are related to the absurd marketing strategy at the early stage (from naming the console in such a silly way), the underpowered hardware of the system, the different architecture which makes porting kind of tricky and some policies Nintendo adopted towards 3rd parties (Origin with EA..... nothing new by the way, historically N wanna have a strong grasp on such things)... plus the "unusual" user base: on one side milions of Wii casual gamers that didn't feel the urgency to update their consoles, on the other side Nintendo fanboy that acts as hipsters and underrated no-Nintendo software, while Nintendo was trying to make, with WiiU, a cross-over platform both for casual, Nintendo and hardcore gamers (read: Call of Duters)

@Captain_Toad That's why, IMHO, it will be EXTREMELY important how many copies games like Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors and Project Cars will sell... It is easy to blame the 3rd parties for not coming to WiiU, but then if you check selling numbers of beatiful games (or porting) like TW101, Need For Speed etc on WiiU, no wonder 3rd parties stay away....

It is true that there are too many "Nintendo Fundamentalists" that don't buy anything else than Nintendo Games..... NSMBU, which essentially is the "more of the same" of the 3ds version, which was "more of the same" of the Wii version, which was the "more of the same" of DS version sold much more than Rayman Legends, which is probably one of the best (if not the best) 2D platform of current generation.....
