@shredmeister X7 I can agree with, but aside from those 3D sections, it's a pretty fun game. X8 is supposed to be fantastic, but I don't own it because it goes for ludicrous prices now. X: Command Mission is pretty cool because it's the first time Mega Man has been in a full blown, tradional JRPG, and you know what? It worked! It's a great game, but for an RPG it's a little short. (Only about 20 hours).

@retro_player_22 Oh man I would jump on that in a heart beat! I would save so much money. It's crazy how many Mega Man games there are. I mean you missed the Starforce games and ZX games. There's like 60 Mega Man games. It's ridiculous, but ridiculously awesome! Um the problem with releasing all those games, would be that a lot of those are exclusive to different platforms, so getting all those games on one disc would be hard, wouldn't it? Also, Mega Man Legends 2 goes for $60-$70 used so if Capcom knew this, I don't think they'd put it on the collection. If they did, they'd make the price of the collection like $80 or something, knowing Capcom. No, knowing Capcom, they'll release the same Gamecube games for ps4 and then these future plans for Mega Man will just be iphone apps. I really hope this doesn't happen, but this is Capcom we're talking about.

@BAGBOY Ya I can agree with that. If Mega Man was given to Nintendo they might continue the Battle Network-style games, because they're probably as easy to pump out as Pokemon is. Also, the Mega Man games would be exclusive to Wii U and 3DS. Nintendo could make a 3D Mega Man game. In fact Retro Studios could make it. The first person shooter Mega Man game they were going to make actually looked really awesome. You can't go wrong with Retro Studios. Seriously, why isn't Nintendo jumping on this? If Mega Man is owned by Nintendo it could be a system seller for sure. I'm sure many people would buy a Wii U or 3DS just to play the new Mega Man games.

I want Mighty Number 9 to go into all the gameplay genres Mega Man went through. We need a Mighty Number 9 metroidvania game and then a Mighty Number 9 3rd person shooter action RPG to replace the Legends games that will never have a conclusion. Then we need Mighty Number 9 Pokemon-like RPGs, like the Battlenetwork and Starforce games. That's the best part about Mega Man games: They had so many different series going with different gameplay and all the game series were excellent. Mega Man has tackled 2D sidescroller linear platformer (Mega Man/X/Zero), 2D sidescroler metroidvania (ZX/ZX Advent), 3D action game (Legends), full-blown JRPG (X:Command Mission), and Pokemon action RPG random battles hybrid thing (Battle Network games/Starforce game). And the best part was that all of these series felt like Mega Man. One thing Capcom did was continue each series. The problem I have with Castlevania now is that they continue a certain gameplay style for most of their games. That would be metroidvania for the DS/3DS, since Symphony of the Night, and 3D linear hack and slash for ps3 and xbox 360. Then their was 3D metroidvania on ps2 and xbox and then 3D action-adventure on N64. Now the good thing about Castlevania, like Mega Man, all of the Castlevania games are good, except Castlevania 64. But Konami's problem is that they don't stick with the multiple Castlevania gameplay style series like Mega Man did. There hasn't been an open action-adventure Castlevania game since Legacy of Darkness on n64. There hasn't been a linear platformer since Super Castlevania IV on SNES and the remake of Drakula X Chronicles. Any, Mega Man seemed to get that their are fans of all the gameplay styles, so they continued each Mega Man series. That's what was awesome about Mega Man.

@solcross Yeah I miss that series. I've played the Starforce games on DS and they're great too. I want another Legends game, like everyone else. But maybe just another 3D Mega Man game and they won't call it "Legends". Also another Metroidvania game would be awesome! the ZX games are really fun.
