Hillis commented on Pro Wrestling:

This game was the ultimate judge and jury for all childhood fights when I was growing up. No matter how right or wrong you were, all it took was a best of three series with this game to leave no doubt, no matter what the argument's origin, who the clear cut winner was. Sure it looked like something a caveman would have drawn if they discovered crayons first, and the sound was like Stephen Hawking drowning, but the simple, competitive gameplay made up for any shortcomings.

Hillis commented on Splatterhouse:

I still remember the comic book ad for this game from when I was 5 or 6, where the main guy has some weird red featureless mask on instead of the hockey one; it looks like that old Calvin and Hobbes cartoon where Calvin blows a giant bubbles that breaks all over his head and thinks he blew his head inside out.

Hillis commented on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:

Wait, is this the first TMNT game on the NES, the one that gave me nightmares and caused The Angry Nintendo Nerd to rant so hatefully about? What manner of just pure evil would unleash this on a whole unsuspecting legion of little Wiiers who never knew the pain that was the Dam Level. They should have just did what they did with Castlevania, that is skip ahead a few games to when the series wasn't such a pain in the ass.
