WolfLink22 commented on The Original NES Duck Hunt Is Coming Soon To T...:

If enough people buy Duck Hunt on VC they could consider making a Duck Hunt U with Clay Shooting U as a second game like the first one. Wii Play did not do Duck Hunt any justice packing everything together in 1 game at all.

I can't wait to get Duck Hunt again None the less.

I enjoy my Wii U and 3 DS too @Superryanworld But honestly Iwata just does not understand what the Western Market wants and he would know if he were listening to the Youtube Videos, Fansites that give him crap, and listen to feedback on Miiverse for example. But he never will, and he is not helping his cause by continuing to ignore the Nintendo fans around the world.

Putting Nintendo Games on Smartphones are not the answer. The answer is getting Nintendo to wake up and get with the 20XX's and realize that they have Adult gaming customers too and not ignore that their naming and marketing of systems is in huge trouble because the way Iwata is running things.

I am a Nintendo Fan as much as the next biggest Nintendo Fan out there, but I see the problems with keeping Iwata as CEO and not where he shines as a Game Developer. He needs to be dethroned for not listening to what the USA Market wants without going to the Blood, Guts, and Gore way.

He needs to get his bags together and get back to the developers room and out of the rightful CEO's Office. We need someone who will get 3rd party developers back on board with Nintendo and get someone who will put more into marketing the next systems as something that will blow fans away. We need someone who will be the trend setter not the Trend Follower like Iwata is now. The NES and SNES were Trend Setting systems not followers like we see nowadays with the Wii U.

I am glad that when they released the Wii U VC that they gave those who owned SMW for the Wii VC a discount of 1.50 which they could have clearly not done to begin with.

As for SMW it can take time to get use to playing it with the Wii U Gamepad, but it is still worth it to rebuy it just for the 10 Club Nintendo Coins you will receive if you have your Club Nintendo account linked to your Wii Shop and Wii U eShop Accounts.

Change is good as long as it is done correctly. Wind Waker HD having Motion control as an option does not hurt a thing Koopakid. Quite frankly it adds something to the game itself and will get people moving and it will make Skyward Sword get respected a lot more and people will remember that it is still better then Twilight Princess too.

Well Wario Land is coming to the USA 3DS VC on July 26th so i am saving my eShop points until it comes out. As for Wario Land 2 it can come out since it had a gb and gbc version. But Wario Land 3 is still a question unless a GBC game or 2 already that is.

I stopped caring so much about VC releases after i got SSB and SMK. So if Clayfighter 63 and 1/3 no matter the version comes out or we get other games i least expected but wanted like the original Batman or something like that then all i will be doing is getting games that i held on until after the 2 major games i wanted released. So far i have the other Mega Man titles and Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 1. So next well who knows.

God, no more after Amy there WiiwareMaster.Except maybe Shadow the Hedgehog if we must have a crazy character lol.I want playable Super Tails and Super Knuckles too.Or at least Hyper Sonic and Hyper Knuckles and maybe try introducing Hyper Tails last like they did with Super Tails lol.

WolfLink22 commented on Review: Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 (WiiWare):

I like that it is in Increments to be DLed because that way we can make them improve upon the games that follow behind the current game itself.Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 1 was great and deserved it's name by far. I just hope a playable Tails and Knuckles follow after that.Every Character after Amy can be thrown into the Black Hole of Doom or destroyed by Dr. Robotnik for all i care. Unless everyone really must have Shadow the Hedgehog.Other then maybe that No more crappy Character returns.

Oh and P.S. it only took me 2 days to get every Chaos Emerald the first time. The second playthrough only took me 1 day.I won't spoil the suprise at the end if you beat the game tho. Most already know about it by now too.

WolfLink22 commented on Project Needlemouse Stories Come and Go:

What leads me off track with this is the 2-D Game graphics.I mean come on if you think about it clearly enough why would any PS3/360 fan want a 2-D Game when most of those fans care nothing about 2-D Graphics and would rather see them fade off into that sunset again never to be heard from again.

Where as with the Wii fans who got NSMB Wii such as myself still has a thing for the classic Sonic games like Sonic the Hedgehog 1 through Sonic & Knuckles wiiware limits or not would not mind a disc based version of it instead and yup Dimps has indeed been quiet since unleashed so maybe something is going on with a Project Needlemouse port.

If it is and Sega tells Nintendo Life to remove my comment about this then there is all the proof that wii will get this too right there. But i highly doubt that they will lol.

WolfLink22 commented on A Little Bit of... Puzzle League:

I like this as well but Tetris Attack was clearly much better. There was no real story mode to deal with,No real Puzzle mode there it starts off with 3 colored blocks to match. The Stage clearing is the same just with different music. It added item attacks but again at the cost of the puzzle mode that was in the original Panel de Pon/Tetris Attack.

But it is still a must have if you are in really bad need of a great puzzler game.

This is a great week for those wanting these games. But i have Super Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros on the VC with everything unlocked as well as NSMB Wii.I can let others get what they want until i see Nintendo World Cup and Tetris Attack which neither may come for a while or never at all.I am still happy.

I have a White DSI that i need to start getting points cards for now to get things like the Mario Clock and Uno DSIWare or i can wait for Uno WiiWare. At least there is something out there for everyone.

Edit i got Jiggypuff in 1 try.It took me 2 to get Captain Falcon tho. When i played this on the N64 i forgot how i unlocked Luigi but i was never able to unlock Ness and now i can try to get Ness.

As long as USA sees Super Smash Bros the 3 or 4 days before Europe and every where else are to see Super Mario Kart then i won't mind them having Super Mario Kart a month after USA got it.Because we here in USA had to wait longer for SSB then you guys in Europe did but to be fair you are waiting maybe just as much for SMK if not more then most USA fans were waiting for it.

I am wondering about Sonic and Knuckles from Sega tho even tho i won't be buying it Sonic Mega Collection owner. It would still be great to have that out in 2009 as Sega has been rumored of getting Nintendo to add it in.

WolfLink22 commented on Super Smash Bros.:

SSB would most likely be released on December 7th or on Christmas day since NOA or Nintendo in general told Gamespot of all people that Super Mario Kart was coming and also added in the fact that Pilotwings and SSB were coming at the end of 2009 as well.December is in like 4 days meaning that November 30th could be anything from Pilotwings to Sonic and Knuckles from Sega.

SSB would be a great early Christmas gift for USA Wii Owners as Super Mario Kart would be a great Christmas Gift to Europe and AU Wii Owners.

We will see what comes out within the next few weeks in these 3 places in due time or suprise announcements as was the SMK Announcement to gamespot from Nintendo.

WolfLink22 commented on Super Mario Kart:

At least this is finally out in USA now and this can reconfirm that it will come to AU and Europe in due time but for europe's sake you can at least wait until Christmas because it is on a Friday and you've had SSB longer then we've had SMK so it's only fair.

WolfLink22 commented on Review: Super Mario Kart (Virtual Console / Su...:

For those gripping that this was not their favorite Mario Kart deal with it and move on.I mean seriously This one is way better not just because of the Tracks or even the graphics. But the Battle Mode was and is still so much better that if Nintendo had a choice to add the best parts of every Mario Kart and rooled them into one then they'd never have to make another Mario Kart until the fans were ready for one.

Super Mario Kart's Controls are hard to get use to if you are new to it and take time by trial and error just to get use to them.

This one has one thing that Mario Kart 64 took out and one thing that has only been in Super Mario Kart to this day.The taken out thing was allowing the second player press start or the b button in time trial to add a ghost racer for you to try and beat by pure speed alone and with no items or even bumping into the racer or cpu to begin with. The other and only thing that was in Super Mario Kart was the option to Shrink your driver for more of a racing challenge to try and not get flattened by each driver as you try to pass them or stay in the lead if you manage to take the lead while you are small too.

If you don't like it then don't get it.If you've never played it and want to enjoy it or just try it out then get it.It is best played with the Classic Controller. If you want to use a GCN Controller you will have a problem because of it's layout.the X button is placed where the A Button needs to be and the A Button is where the B Button needs to be and the B button is where the Y Button needs to be.Where as with the Classic Controller or Super Famicom styled Classic Controller the buttons are just as they should be for SNES VC Games.

Now for N64 VC games the GCN Controller maybe perfect for say SSB or Majors's Mask or even Mario Kart 64.

Should you choose to get this please enjoy it.If you want fair racing but want a challenge later on after you master the earlier and easier cups and classes 150 cup will be your challenge just to get first place if at all with Mario and Luigi putting Stars on most of the time, Princess Toadstool and Toad Posion Mushrooming you, Yoshi Egging you, Bowser Fireballing you, Donkey Kong Jr Banana peeling you, and Koopa Troopa Green Shelling you will get much more mad then than you did in the earlier classes and cups.

The ending if you get to it on both 100CC and 150CC is the same but is great and is an epic ending compaired to later Mario Karts.Sure Mario Kart 64's ending was great as well.

But if you have a choice of getting one Club Nintendo wise it would be this one as it is worth 10 coins if you register it and do the Post-Play Survey.By the time it pops up next week i will have like 5 to 6 post-play surveys that i have yet to do but will do in due time.

Saving my now 4,600 Wii points after getting SMK paid off big time. The last time games i wanted came out for the VC i had no Wii Points for them. But now i have enough left for SSB once it comes out too.

If you were up in the air about getting SMK get it if anything for it's Battle Mode and the Replay value it brings.Because i can tell you now you are missing out on the best MK to hit a Console that ain't focused on Item dodging instead of the racing itself.

As Jay O. Sanders who played Ranch in Angels in the Out Field and Ziggy on Roseanne would say: "All i can say is, It's About Time."

I liked this one over all of the other Mario Karts before and with my 26 Inch LCD HDTV DVD Combo Player it looks just as great as it did when i owned it on the SNES before i had to wait until last night to get it again.

If you have never played it before but like it's graphics then get it and play it.You may hate the Rubber Banding AI in 150 CC.But i have a newsflash for you.I would take that over the cheap Item useage of the later Mario Karts of today any time.Sure this may only have 2 players but don't let that stop you and friends from enjoying this Masterpiece.

Also you may hate the controls but they take some time to get use to and also you can shrink your driver for ever more of a challenge if you find this game to easy for you with a normal sized driver. You will indeed find at least 1 or 2 Tracks that you will like racing on too. After getting to re enjoy this after like 10 years i not only like the first SMK Mushroom Track. But i also still like Ghost Valley 1 and i like the Ice Tracks a lot too.

If you don't have 800 Nintendo Points on your Wii and want it don't fear or in this case don't let the Ghosts get to you or slide away from wanting it just get it when you get more Nintendo Points it will still be there when you are able or ready to finally get it.

Super Mario All Stars is already out in a sense. We have all 4 SMB games plus Super Mario World afterall.

As for Super Mario Kart You europeans can wait a while go play your copies of SSB and let USA have it first.Let us have it and then make NOE release it to you on Christmas Day what a Gift that would be from NOE afterall for being big Nintendo fans.

If this news is true afterall. If it is true then my ignoring the VC after getting TMNT, Clay Fighter, Mega Man 3, and Bubble Bobble paid off.

This maybe the first 2D Console Mario game since Yoshi's Island for me.I highly doubt that this game will require you to use the Super Guide.

I've been trial and erroring my way through a new Website Layout for my site so i can do that with NSMB Wii as well.If you are new to Mario's 2D Outings trial and error is your best friend.

Yes i am very confused about this MrPinguy. It is not my fault for being confused tho. Also thanks for trying to help me out.I understand the little list a bit.But what i still can't get is why they never subtitled them it would have been less confusing to subtitle those games since there are so many.

I mean even Nintendo, Sega, Microsoft, and most other developers at least subtitle most of their big name games.Again they don't go around saying The Legend of Zelda 1 or Sonic the Hedgehog 1 or Halo 3 any more unless the fan is not confused about it.

Let's clear this up once and for all:

Final Fantasy 1 for the NES has not been released outside of Japan since it was first released to the USA way back on the NES up until now.Up until now we only saw newer Final Fantasy Games on later systems or download services such as with the Final Fantasy WiiWare Games or on the SNES with Final Fantasy IV which correct me if i am wrong is the one that is Final Fantasy II according to the Storyline.

Any way i never had the chance to try this game out on the NES so i am unsure if i should buy it or not.I may tho it just depends i guess.
